one of the lands got reciept but was bought many years back when lands were still cheap, like one of them was bought in the late 80s for a very cheap amount of N5000 now theres a building on it and its valued now for about 15 million naira if one is to resell it.

other lands are family lands that were shared , there are no document to show that it was purchased , unless if we choose to prepare documents for it.

i m using my mother as my sponsor

please what do you advise me in a situation like this

hey guys , please i like to know ,my family have landed properties at the village, but theres no C of O for the lands, can i use or mention such landed properties to the Canadian embassy

how do i make known to the embassy that a particular landed property belongs my family as i intend to use that as home ties during my TRV processing

please hows it with community colleges in canada if one choose to apply to them for an undergraduate program. are community colleges a red flag to the canadian embassy here in Naija. like i know in the US embassy , community colleges are a red flag. but how about canada?

i i m thinking of applying to a college there or any other institution that is higher than a secondary school there for a diploma program. like we know it to be in Nigeria as Polytechnic or college of education.

i am still reading/studying part8 and have read some few pages on part 9 and it appears to me that 90% of applicants here are going for thier universities.

is this because canadian colleges(2years program tetiary institutions) are a red flag to thier embassy here.

i see list of schools, most especially colleges in thE CIC page(website) is it advisable to pick a community college there or any college seing because they are of low tuition.

Since you still have time to apply for admission and then TRV (temporary resident visa), read from page 1 of Part 8 (to the end) and you will be best positioned to answer your current and future questions, and you will be able to put together an excellent TRV application. Thank me later.

In the mean time, yes you don't need TOEFL to get a visa, and for the most part the Canadian embassy doesn't do in-person interviews for student applicants.

hey house its been a while, i have brother who is not very intelligent but is willing to study in the USA. he says he cant sit for TOEFL reason because he has a low or average IQ. he has fears that he will not make a good score in the TOEFL exam, because he isnt brilliant/intelligent enough
currently he has only his NECO olevel result

please what do you advise for such a person?

should he go ahead and apply to a school without TOEFL bUT WHAT ABOUT the USA embassy in Nigeria will they see him as qualified for VISA.

Hey house, i am a guy in my late 20s and ever since i been dating im always been taken advantage of, the last of all was a girl i was dating i helped her so much and i wanted to settle down with her , i remember she sat for jamb and after i have helped her in her to over see that she gained her admision she dumped me, all ladies i have known have always used me to get what they want and at the end they dump me, i m tired of dating again, seeing that after every break up it takes me time to recover.

@ kwenu, It is one thing to pray (merely) it is another thing to prevail in prayer! Jacob did both! In Genesis 32:9-12 he prayed and looking at it,the prayer was well worded but he realised that he had not prevailed hence he separated himself from everyone to pray and ...(you know the rest!)

Likewise Jesus in Gethsemane, Moses on the Mountain, Paul as regards the thorn, etc You dont just merely pray; you pray until you get the answer/ assurance that you have the answer! Gone seem to be the days when people prayed till they found God (oh what bliss!!!) in prayer.
Others that pray do not do so in faith but in fear. You find prayer points, film shows, the sudden turn around/woes of somebody etc replacing the use of the Word in prayer!

In a time conscious, real-time, wait-and -get age, we are fast loosing the very essence of true prayer We approach prayer as though we were doing God a favour!(who is the needy and Who is the Needed?) Man wont mind standing in a queue from 6am to 3pm at an embassy just because of visa; he is convinced that his turn will come and he will not be denied, others discuss on phone late into the night till the early hour of the morning yet 30 minutes in prayer is punishment!

And even if the answer will be no (like it came to Paul) we will not be swept off our feet but we receive grace.

I just finished reading the story of that young promising , beautiful Lady, Oluchi, i was touched, its painful to see a loved one die like that through (electrocution)
one other part of the story that caught my attention is where the sister said, that Oluchi prayed to God in church seriously before her death but yet at the end she still died.

i lost my uncle about 7 years ago, and before he died, he had a dream concerning his death , and also his sister saw in a dream concerning his death, she saw him disapeared suddenly while he was descending down a hill then about 6 moths or a year later he died, he died at the age 37 leaving his family behind

Hello bro...Toyota cars are not the best to buy in europe, although we have some european specs of toyota like the corolla, the vero versions. Highlander, Rav 4 and 4 runner will be best to be purchased in the USA to save cost.
