I for one believed,even when Lampard was hired last season he wasn't fit for the job,but he proved sceptics like me wrong by securing a top 4 spot.
Is he now a bad coach,of course not.Chelsea coach quality,maybe not.I see him in the same mode as DiMatteo.But he has earned the right to a full season at least.
I till today still don't rate Sokhjaer and Arteta highly,despite whatever they are doing,but that's just my own opinion,which counts for nothing in the boardrooms of these clubs.

OGS is not good one but, he has Mike phalen to thank, and as for arteta, I don't even know what to say about him......

But as you said, football is crazy, you will be surprise on what they may achieve in the near future
