check the ratio of the votes. It will be 45% to 55% or 40% to 60% for other regions except south east for the ruling party and other parties. The ratios were always very close. In south east, you will have 90% to 10%, 80% to 20% votes difference. That is a clear language that they want no other party but pdp.
