They will take them all and that will make the chance for DE students slim.CMUL needs 150 but now they have to squeeze in some more as utme needed now from 100l is just first 100.So 100 utme+ 65 diploma + DE=let's assume 180.

MBBS cutoff for last year was 70.6 for merit,but people with 40s made supplementary list..Cutoff is based on general performance

You didn't specify that those 40s didn't get in just like that but by other means.
