For ICAN,if he/she has Economics is in the O Level,it's possible.

For the CHANGE to MLS,No.But to BCH,there is possibility.

Guys pls.....what is the rationale behind the supplementary list? I noticed that last year, all courses had supplementary lists with courses like economics having many people admitted in the supplementary list.


My question is....after the screening of those who made the merit list, will the number of people on the supplementary list be based on the number of people who failed the screenining based on subject confirmation and the likes.

What is the criteria used in choosing those who made the supplementary list?

Finally someone from the admission office told me that a few people who scored slightly lower than the merit cut off will make the merit list. This may happen in some courses.

Supplementary is for those close to cut off and those that have extra legs.The people that fail out during screening has failed out,nothing like readmission for them till next year.The criteria is for those that did COC,close to cut off and of course LEG.

I am leaning towards the top 100. Are u now telling me that the 50 that will be added from diploma are better than those screened out? Bearing in mind most diploma student are those who couldn't make it thru utme.
All I want is some sanity in our admission process but I think the school Mgt is only after boosting the schools IGR thru foundation.
Abi what could be the reason for giving diploma admission to those who have 40% in even accounting and other top courses. Why would supplementary list be times 3 of merit list. Labode come dey talk about competition.

The criteria was 50s in all important courses and now they introduction of CGPA.I'm not supporting those with 40% and they got in,that's business strategy for u.You know what,unilag can asnwer d rest of ur questionsBut to compare other courses competition to medical competition.

I think my UTME combination is the acceptable combination for Art/Law candidates. Are you insinuating that Govt,CRK,Lit-in-English and English are wrong subject choice for admission into Faculty of Arts? Please kindly educate me. If I fail to gain admission this year, I will take another shot at it next year. So I don't want to fall into the same pit.

The courses under Art that u can change to require language in utme combo.Ur combination is good for Law just that the available courses isn't a good match.The Education courses available might not match ur combo.
