You can ship to dhl office in Nigeria and pick it up there or any nearest postal office to you. Then go there and pick it up with your ID. Don’t be scared, it’s not illegal.

You can google it online. Buy from ledger site or amazon and ship to a dummy address. Don’t buy from any other place apart from this two places I mentioned. Ledger site preferably.

FBI didn’t need any special tool to access those accounts. They got to know about him when his mule in LA was arrested and after analyzing the devices found on him, they found out his was communicating with someone with an email which was publicly listed on Hush’s Instagram and Snapchat account. Then they further requested the full details of the emails from Google and Apple, that’s how they got all his conversations history with other coconspirators.

It can be freezed as long as the court has jurisdiction. Till today, illegal transactions worth millions of dollars in btc are going on everyday in the darkweb and this addresses can be seen on the blockchain network by anybody but pinpointing the address to a particular exchange or person is the problem.

The initial argument is that without access to his devices, the btc can’t be recovered (that’s if he isn’t making use of a US company) unless he gives them access to it.

Blockchain transaction is very transparent which is meant to be. Criminals started using it because it’s anonymous features too. Criminals are caught through traces they left online and not through their blockchain transaction.

Dealer doesn’t know you and you don’t know the dealer. Most times, the crypto addresses of those dealers are domiciled on servers in countries like Russia and China so, once it enters there, it’s as good as done. Most Chinese big exchanges like Binance also offer OTC services.

If the exchange is an American company, FBI will simply get a court order authorizing the company/exchange to release all the information relating to that account, they don’t need to hack it because if they do, the evidence won’t be admitted in court because it’s gotten illegally.

Btc addresses are there in the blockchain network, you don’t even need any special tools to unravel them and once you get the address, a search on any btc explorer will reveal all the transactions that has occurred on that address. The main issue now is getting the funds back from that address. Government agencies can compel the exchange or platform (via court order)holding the fund to freeze the account and all but if the address holding the address is generated via a hardware wallet, it can’t be recovered unless the private key is revealed by the owner.
