The tribunal was right. INEC has no power to disqualify or remove any candidate or party in any election. INEV job is to lay the rules and it’s the court’s job to interpret the rules. I think we are saying the same thing if you understand my point. What I’m saying is that all these overstretched protests and kneeling doesn’t solve anything and people, even those that initially supported the course are getting tired of it. The problem with all these protests is that they are taking it the wrong way. Majority of those protesting comes from a particular districts, states, constituency, whatever they call it there and they have representatives in their various county, states and national legislative houses.

They keep voting for these representatives sometimes 20-30 years yet, they can’t pressure those representatives to push for a law or any amendments that can take care of how these laws are applied.

Anyone who thinks that these protests will lead to end of racism or tribalism(Africa) is living in fools paradise.

As long there is segregation in the form or race, tribe, country, etc., this things will continue because animals are wired by nature to be territorial, in other way, protect their own at all cost.
