Once they target our ISPs who will usually bow to their pressure, that’s the end. We don’t have satellite based ISP yet, until that comes onboard, it will be be hard. But the thing is that ones they shutdown internet, it will create bigger problem for them.

I understand just that I hate seeing people dying.. I don’t like reading news that someone is shot because of the protest. I’ve lost someone so dear to me couple of times and I know how it feels. Now the government is aware we are not joking anymore. Let’s give them time say 2-3 months and if nothing changes, then we all will fall out again and no going back.

I’m for the endsars movement but in all sincerity, the government has listened to our demand and also promise to do more, please let’s end the protest and give the government time to implement their promises.

That’s a lie ... What Aisha started was revolution protest with Sowore which didn’t get anywhere. This endsars protest was started by Runrown on Thursday with Falz when Nairamaley cancelled the one he was supposed to lead on Tuesday. Aisha and Sowore wanted to politicize it by making it a revolution now protest but they were warned very seriously that we are not interested in their revolution and they should keep their orange beret at home. Runtown, Falz, Rudeboy, mrmacaroni started it on Thursday before Aisha and her team began in Abuja on Friday. Even Benin boys started on Wednesday where they chased all the sars officers away from the streets of Benin that day.

Much as salute the undaunted zeal of Nigerian youths both home and abroad on the endSARS issue, there is still a long way to go. SARS is just a subset of the country's problematic issues. I think the same energy should be dissipated on protesting the several mis-governances from the political conglomerate called the ruling class. They need to be made responsible, responsive and accountable to the citizens who offered them the mandate. If people are waiting for NLC, TUC or any union to stage protests on obnoxious government policies, NO, those guys are put there to fight solely for the interests of their members. So, in cases where they are not directly affected, they may turn blind eyes. As thing stands in the country, bad governance needs to be halted for us to chart a new way forward.

Where is live, I pay 4K every month for neighborhood security watch and so also every household here (Our neighborhood association settles police 20k every month oo just to allow us run the neighborhood security outfit oo) and the vigilante security we hired are doing wonderfully well. No incident of robbery since we started, getting to 2 yrs.. Where are the sars before now, nothing. I provide my own security, I provide water for myself, I provide power through generator set because NEPA here is unreliable. I was overwhelmed with joy yesterday by the level of seriousness Nigerians took this protest especially on twitter yesterday.. #ENDSARS is trending as #1 in Nigeria, USA, UK, etc. .. CNN, BBC, AJZ, etc. already covering the protest. The mother of all protest is coming up on Tuesday next week.. This sars idiots has pushed Nigerians to the wall and the government was paying lip service to it all along. The movement is already gaining support from notable international figures in different parts of the world and with this international recognition, it might be difficult for the government to secure external loans again if care is not taken.

Continue with the private secondary school, get your PhD and then maybe apply for lecturing job in a public University. Don’t fall for the offer in private University, you will regret it. Also the lady threatening to quit the relationship if you don’t accept the private university offer, let her go ahead, she isn’t your wife because this kind of woman will dump you once you encounter any difficulty in life if you eventually marry her.
