I have this iphone sent to me and when I put in an etisalat Sim to set it up, I get the following message "The Sim card that you currently have installed in this iphone is from a carrier that is not supprotedunder the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. this is not a hardware issue with the iphone. please insert another sim card from a supported carrier or request that this iphone be unlocked by your carrier. please contact apple for more information."

Guy!!! I am not an auto tech, but I have had enough experience with same car, had to help somebody fix that (2004 SL) car. Similar issues with yours and even worse, gave it go a very good and dedicated auto expert here in nairaland (did well and made me happy), engine was changed before, gear, ecu, throttle body, steering rack and the list went on. He advised the car be sold, but just like you, the owner (MIL) loved the car and thought it was the next best thing after agege bread and ewa agoin got married, until engine started its own wahala (round 2) and needed to be replaced. Now car is on sale somewhere I don't even care to know.
Though it is a joy to ride if the car is ok, but when the wahala start, you will hate the car with a passion

You don't learn by writing an exam/certification oh! Get a good laptop, get vmware or hyper-v and install the OS, get ur hands dirty, that's the way to learn. A core i3 laptop would allow you do hyper-v with little trouble. During the days of server 2003 (God bless it's soul, though I still have one running in my org) you can just install 32bit version on any laptop and you are good to go.

Set up a lab and LEARN and LEARN before taking any exam, because after the exams, you hardly go back to it, if you pass and in most interview them go just say you Sabi abi, Oya take do make we see!!! Google (ifa olokun) is ur friend oh!

It all depends on your choice of career path, I would advice you look inward at your strength and whatever comes easily to you and you have passion for, Servers or Networking. A lot of people think Microsoft is all about the OS, but that's not true. Like CCNA, you will still have to choose a path, even if you choose to go the Microsoft way (SQL Admin, Exchange, SharePoint,TMG (though obsoloate), skype for business (Lync), System center which is a suite like the office (VMM,DPM,Config Mgr etc and some other). For starters you can go for your CCNA and MCSA like someone advised and see where the job takes you. Which ever you decide , have passion for what you do and be willing to ALWAYS learn, because it's a very dynamic field. All the best.
