MrCork:Londoner Londoner. Which school in London did you go to that you cant spell words like, 'offense', 'have', 'expect', 'serious', 'called',... Heck you didnt even spell 'Piccadilly' right. Better come to school in Nigeria where we our roads have funny names but our kids can spell right ![]() |
My own invite was from Fashola's babe. I am still considering asking her out on a date.

I dont think this news should be turned into another GEJ vs PMB achievement war. The good thing is that they have been revived. It is obvious that it couldnt have been done between the time Buhari resumed office and now. I am aware that the committees to effect the Turn Around were established close to 2yrs ago and I know people who were on that committee. However, I am sure they could have finished the job long before now if they were given the necessary support from the Presidency. |
Was the person taking the pictures standing on his head? ![]() |
its true but we cant generalize. I sometimes have to work late to meet up with the demands of my job and not because i didnt plan well or i dont want to be with my family. Its not everybody that works late that is trying to impress his boss. Loving your job means giving your best to do it well and that could be time consuming depending on the nature of the job. However this does not take away the fact that family comes first and staying away from the family unnecessarily is wrong. |

My problem with Nigerian politics at the federal level is that we keep recycling the same old people. Unfortunately Jonathan was given a chance to break the cycle but he performed way below expectations. Left to me i would have liked him to have another try with the hope that he had learnt from the mistakes but Nigerians couldnt wait and I dont blame them. All those crying that Atiku is too desperate should not forget that Buhari appeared that way to us before. A man that Nigerians had rejected at the polls over and over again suddenly became a hero compared to the incumbent. For them, anything was better than this GoodLuck. Again i dont blame them. Dont be surprised that circumstances could make Atiku seem like our redeemer by the time the next election comes around. My problem with this whole scenario is that there are so many competent Nigerians who can take this country to the promised land at breakneck speed but they arent given a chance due to all the politicking that goes into selecting candidates. People are not chosen based on their ability but rather on the desires of the political Godfathers. If we continue like this we will continue to operate in a Nigeria which is working at 30% of its potential because the right people are not in place. True democracy should start within the party so that eventually the best candidates are presented to Nigeria to choose. We are tired of recycled products |
Dkobo:I understand your attempts to cheer yourself up but these misleading comments are unjust. Some people are not watching and are following the thread for updates. If you keep giving misleading comments you give them false news. Just saying. thanks |

All this BS about not complaining because you are not holy doesn't make sense o. If only those who are sinless were allowed to correct others then no one will correct anybody and imagine where the world will be now. If something is morally wrong and people dont complain, it starts appearing to be right. That is how homosexuality, adultery and so many other social evils started and now there are people who will die to defend the righteousness of such acts. please, people have the freedom to criticize just as much as others have the right to do whatever they want. |
Please where is the American man. What i see is an albino |

Bensondrums:is it the Benin in Nigeria or another one?? |
I agree with Sihon and Topgainer. Akagba is being too combative and abusive. That is not the way to correct erroneous conceptions. Use intelligent and persuasive language. The moment you come out fighting, people will fight you back and you lose a great opportunity to show someone the truth. It is true that you cannot blame all the evils a man does on his church. Many people go to church just to fulfill a societal 'duty'. They dont absorb any of the teachings and eventually their messed up lives get exposed to the public. Same goes for many so called 'men of God' who are into the Church business just to make money. Eventually they will always get exposed. However, some Churches teach doctrine which is too focused on financial rewards. Members of such churches will gradually lose the ability to distinguish between right and wrong as long as they are making the money. |
silvermania: silvermania:You see everyone in the US everyday? Ok. when you are flying around at night abi? Maybe they were in Church. |

Everybody seems to have missed the fact that he has sent her packing. Bad news. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned? So with what do we compare the fury of a scorned witch. It is over |

Edet Nwosu! Do people from that side of the country also have Ibo surnames? Anyway what I liked best was the smell of my brand new textbooks. I used to wake up at night just to smell them. Imagine |
