My baby boy arrived at 1:56 this morning via vagina birth and episiotomy weighing 2.8kg... midwives were surprised at the weight because my stomach was super small.

yep I read abt perineal massage in an article that it works better than sex since then sef the sex matter reduce. I just pray for easy and safe delivery

True talk sir, my hubby suffered low kini too BT if he had gone out na straight belle dem tell am he go be. devil at work thank God he get sense to reason fast.so we kept trying and praying. You are perfectly normal dear.. Mine is once since I took in.. Even baba no wan tamper with him pikin. Someone who would always tell me to mind the kinds of things I say and the types of movies I watch cos baby is listening .. He has turned to inspector General, inspecting everything.. Mama uve asked the question I was about asking oo,as for me I will wash all even those in pack cos of dust accumulation BT my neighbor said I shud use mild detergent or soap is okay and rinse very well.

But if my baby no get hair, u all go hear am, cos u all encourage me to be taking drugs when I don't feel like it, all because of hair. infact nah me we go use test. As the papa no get hair, me I get very long but fine hair, na so we confuse gene. So let's see what prwgnacare will do. And seriously the papa said no need to buy comb n I no buy o. I can't use almost 8k buy comb kit and baby will come out with 1/8 quater plot.

U use salt to squeeze or just to wash? If it's washing very well with salt, won't all the nutrients be washed together??

Sorry for replying late I just add little salt to water to clean the leaves and rid off bacteria so I read.then use another water to rinse finally before squeezing with hand I don't blend the ugwu leaves. I add malt just small or I drink it like that.

I always buy fresh soft ugwu leaf that has young leaves growing on its stalk,(the seller told me its good to buy such type if its for drinking)wash it very well with salt and start squeezing the leaves like how u do with bitter leaf,I add just small water ,after squeezing I sieve out the juice and add malt or milk and drink. Some pple blend the leaves or pound it to get the juice out, me I just squeeze my leaf ooo

I suffered from severe sciatica pains right from 6weeks (Imagine waddling when pregnancy never even start),I can’t do anything without being in pain because all my nerves were weak and sore. I practically hear my joints creak at every single movement. It was painful.
I told God to please, compensate me with the easiest and fastest labor ever because in all honesty, I deserve the compensation.
I have been having constant contractions Abi na Braxton kicks for many weeks prior to today. So when at some minutes past 3am, this contraction started, I knew this is not the usual game. It got intense that I started vomiting and this was my cue because same thing happened with my first and I gave birth few hours later.
We got to the hospital at 5:30 am, was checked and 7cm dilated. That alone gave me joy. At 6:54, I pushed my angel out, weighing 3.7kg without tears (another big compensation) I had an episiotomy with my first and she weighed 4kg. Glory be to God!

This same day, 2019, I gave birth to my first daughter. It’s surreal that my girls get to share the same birth date.?It wasn’t planned. The pregnancy happened when it wanted to, and my babies chose when they want to come.
So, while I’m celebrating a child for turning 3, I welcomed another. Praise the Lord!

I pray and declare that to the expectant moms, you’d deliver your bundles of joy with great testimonies in Jesus name. You all shall celebrate in Jesus name.
