@OP: I just don't really have a desire to get married. As far as I'm concerned the only benefits I see are legal benefits--health benefits, tax purposes, government benefits, estate planning benefits, etc. When I was younger, I used to think about marriage but eventually at some point I just disregarded the whole thing. As a little kid, up, I used to think that it was a must but with time I began to realize that the only reason I thought it was a must was because I'd been conditioned to believe that that's what you had to do.
