Maybe you should try getting another scan done to ascertain the state of cyst. Only then you would conclude if it helped shrink the cyst. Have you done test to check your tubes?

Sure I will do another test to ascertain the state of the cyst. My doctor wrote HSG test with other tests for me for 5 month now. l did all other tests excluding HSG. My hubby is super scared of HSG procedure especially the complications that could result from it . The tests read left ovarian cyst, small uterine fibriods and low LH and FSH . Two doctors from different hospital have said that the fibriods is not the lssue because it is still small but the cyst is the major issue affecting many things like ovulation. They suggested operation of cyst. I told them if am to be operated, they have to remove the cyst and the fibriods now matter how small the fibriods are. I now bought serapeptase, Yimo and xixian cao and Guife bao to work on blocked tubes (if any) and others. I just used serapeptase, yimu and xixian cao for 2 and half weeks now. I strongly believe that i will be healed this time and carry my pregnancy this month by the grace of God. Amen. Thanks.

On the evening of the third day after the guife bao was pushed deeper inside my vagina with my hubby's penis, i peed inside a bowl as usual and I heared "pooo" , a very thick discharge like soaked paper came out of my vagina. I used my hand to remove it from the urine . It was scary. I later inserted my finger into my vagina and brought other loads of it. I later lied down on my back and open my vagina wide, using a mirror , i saw more coming out like head of a baby about to come out. I pushed and pushed my tommy and vagina up as if i wanted to give birth. It was releasing itself and loads of it coming out. I called my hubby to come and see the thing coming out of my vagina. I used my fingers to pack it out, using my fingers again going deeper into my vagina till I felt the guife bao and I removed it with another loads of discharge . The guife bao had disintegrated a little. I packed the discharge out till the next day. After two days , i inserted another one using aloevera gel. it wasn't hurtful that time. This was just last week monday . I pleaded with my hubby to gently use his penis to pushed it in because he said he also had a peppery sensation after he had sex with me with me on Guife bao insert. After 5, days, i notice the exact thing coming out a little . Without wasting time, I cleaned my hands , using a mirrow and I started using my hand to ravage my vagina deeply and I packed loads of it out again with the guife bao, but the quantity was not as much as the first episode of long discharge.
Now, to narrate what it looks like and the quantity. It looks like when u prepare pap in a big bowl and you allow it to get cold . You now use spoon to remove the thick surface that will form after it is cold. The discharge can also be likened to when u soak a whole tissue paper in water and it is still in that wet form of a tissue paper. It did not disintegrate . I had to use my hand to crush it to disintegrate. I hope you understand my analogy.
Now the question is that , is that cyst that is coming out because I have a confirmed ovarian cyst after two scans now or something that has blocked my tubes. I am sure it was not an infection because I never had that and I have tested for it.

For the other one, right impression here is:
-normally low LH.
-(normally) low FSH.
Assuming that assays for these hormones were done in your CD 2-5.

-low progesterone.
Assuming assay was done on CD21.

And lastly, a normal prolactin concentration level thriving to the upper limit.

We safely assume that:
1) there was no ovulation in this cycle.
2) negative feedback mechanism controlling the cycle is slightly altered.
3) the rising prolactin concentration level is impacting on the cycle.
4) a thyroid hormone assays may be necessary.

A short term course of Cabergoline or Bromocriptine may be necessary. However see your doctor for help. Or better still, use my private line to hold consult.

Two doctors said prolactin levels are normal according to the test. I have also done a separate prolactin test and it was normal. Besides, I have all variants of bromocriptine. I have used carbagoline, parlodel and dostinex

I assumed you haven't been ovulating or ovulated the cycle which this test was done due to the level of progesterone which could be caused by the low level of the fsh or inadequacy of the Follicle to be stimulated to release eggs and yielding ovulation. Check the interval level in the result too

Also, on the SFA result, the sperm cells morphology is in good shape averagely, however the motility needs to be improved on, it is below the recommended level of 50% (he got 40%) which could affect egg fertilization.

The males sperm parameters are fair.
Count 21 Million, morphology 65% but motility is low at 40% it needs boosting.


Females hormonal profile:
Follicle stimulating hormone and progesterone are out of range. She's not ovulating.

You both need to work with a good doctor to help you get pregnant.
