Wot others are seen as normal 4ds non payment of stipends, some of us are already reading diff meanings into it cuz it's jst a stipends dat hardly sustains one, den 2 tink of d long delay is raising a lot of unanswers questions Even pple who recieved beta salaries dn't wait in vain like ours 2b paid? Pls dose who are advocating 4 d said change shld realize d fact dat GIS interns are nt cowards, we have full blood running in our vains. Why all d delays without any prior notice 2us or our employers? To crown it all, d new govt should know dat 2 some extent Sure-P GIS has change d lives of many Nigerian Graduates.

G-invest did a very good job but d whole process wz being hijacked by d various parastatals. Pls those who participated in d exams shldn't xpect 2much.....! cuz d opposite might be d outcome of d whole process. In our findings wit Hallsent, i wept... why becos, A lot has pass under d carpet,2 bad 4 our dear 9ja. Who's going 2 speak 4d voiceless God help us.

Pls house, get me very clear here. Wot i'm suggesting here is if 3-6 persons can come 2geda & discuss on who & who 2 see @ d ministry 2 gather useful info 4d house. Pls don't get me wrong, i stand 2be corrected; Congratulatory & deployment letter were sent via sms. It's either we're nt telling ourselves d truth in this forum or none in this forum has recieved sms 4 collection of appointment letter? House it's time 2 cry out now. No information but things are going on underground. I support we team up 2 ask a question. We participated in g-invest exams, those successful were sent congratulatory letter, hence deployment letter & we were asked 2 write an acceptance letter. Having done all these, should we not deem it right 2 speak out now Nigerian graduates? I suggest we team up 2 ask Ministry of trade & Investment to tell us the truth abt this recruitment so dat we put a full stop 2all d suspence. Those in support, pls suggest hw we meet, remember no time as May 29 is fast approaching.

@Neemee is painful for somebody to come out and start telling us what he or she think leaving the reality and present situation at hand. please I advice if don't know what is happening,you ask questions before conclusions. Ginvest has finished there work,is till that house issue that is holding the appointment letter. the way things are going I think we should expect any good news after handover that is when new members of the house will take over and the promise to look into the matter.Goodluck NeeMee.

An attack on puntersmind in ds forum is an attack on all sure-p gis beneficiaries. God will always vindicate & bless puntersmind where ever he is because he hs solved millions of problems here. Like i always said, many of us get our problems solved here by wot puntersmind post. It's 2 early 4 anyone 2 conclude issues abt sure-p gis 4now & 2 say d least is laughable. Even if it ends, does dat end our lives? Were we nt existing b4 sure-p. Any govt dat doesn't embrace a creative programme like sure-p gis, den i wonder hw unemployment problem can be reduced in Nigeria. GMB has tested leadership b4 & i knw he'll rather not dump a programme like ds but restructure it. I expect all of us here 2be learned & analyse certain issues without been partisan. It is not necessary. Just inform your employer with the SMS/Email invitation as evidence and you'll be good to go. In any case, employers received similar invitation for a 1-day interactive session. In the invitation, employers were informed of the Interns training.

. Same here I got invited yesterday,it all about training/seminar,follow by plenty food and drink,then transport stipend raging from 15k - 25k depending on ur location, and training certificate will be issued at the end of the surep programme. So endeavour to attend it is good.

Well, I don't think its a scam cos I ws in ministry of trade and investment on monday and I met a cousin working there, infact he works in d permanent secretry's office, so I asked him abt the whole g-invest stuff and he told me that its nt a scam cos they are also involve in it cos dey hv candidates too, he told me that the challenge the recruitment process had ws in the fund federal government released for the recruitment, he said it wsnt enough so like criously they hv to cut down d number of the candidates they wl pick for the recruitment, so he doesn't kn who and who's name is left in the list cos they hv cut down the number cos of the insufficient fund stuff, he told me that we shudnt worry abt the delayment cos this particular 1 is even fast compare to some he has seen since we even got a message before a year, he said some message usually come after a year or so, infact he showed me some guys that are directly handling d g-invest stuff and he said that he heard dat some pple paid 300k as an advancement for d job and wl later balance 300k after issuin dem the appointment letter, well, that wl all depend on ur source cos g-invest staff are nt officially aware of that..I pray our names in d room should still be there, pls can I get amen frm some body in the house.

Hmmmm...! Why in batches..? Notin man no go hear on dis thread. Well, man must survive whatsoever. Because of G-INVEST, i embraced marketing job i used 2 run away 4rm... All 4 survival.
