Please I need help here. I am employed as a Telecommunications Engineer but just went through the NOCs to find out wch one would match my JD. From the JD on CIC I have realised that my JD matches that of a technician. I confused don't know if I should choose 2241, 2281 or 2133.

Please I need to know if I should pick NOC based on job title or job description. See my JD below

Yeah it is explicitly stated on CIC's website. The same thing for research or teaching assistant jobs done even in a Canadian university while one is a student. It doesn't COUNT.

Road closure happens everywhere, in 2014 during Brisbane Gsumit, Brisbane was shut down for a whole week.prior to that event, there are a lot of restriction of movements, everyone was forced to take a break.
