Hello Mamas,
How is the pushing going? Congrats to all the new mums with wonderful birth stories I pray we all have easy and successful 9 months project.
Well, I need help ohh, I am about 18weeks and i still vomit, total loss of appetite, sleep problem, fatique. I believe the headache, tiredness and lack of sleep is normal even though I am in my second trimister, but my issue is the vomiting of very yellow abi green fluid with no food substance at all. please is this normal help pls

Shebi una no wan answer me. No problem. I have reported all of una to my baby. First I asked xif der is anything I can take boost my blood. Nobody answered. I complained abt my joints even sorry una no talk. No wahala

Hello beautiful mamas. I am just getting out of ds terible morning sickness. I couldn't eat, kai morning sickness there's God oo! You FTMs excitement are putting me in an anticipatory mood now & I'm 14+ & will soon(felt flutters like a lil swimming fish in wk 9-10) start getting it but you blessed mamas have put the thought in my head.
I'm getting all giddy thinking about when the baby decides to just balance with d bum or stick a foot/arm in one corner & you do a probe & can actually feel that particular body part.Get ready for an almost orgasmic feeling.
Carrying and birthing a life is "nameless" & I pray that all silent ttc mamas on this thread will get to experience the sheer joy & wonders of this experience soon ijn (amin).

Hi dear, I went for my 16weeks appointment and my midwife used one device ( I think its a Doppler) to get the baby's heartbeat Ohh my God it was so amazing, so fast that i was initially scared because the entire room was full of the noise from the baby's heartbeat. I have done 2 scan sessions already ( early scan @ 9weeks and 12weeks) but i never heard the heartbeat. Plsss ask for it when next you visit the clinic, however i did not hear it at my first appointment with my midwife at 8weeks hence the need for it at 16weeks.

I heard my baby's heartbeat for the first time today Na so the thing dey be ahhhhh

Yes team mate its possible cos i was feeling movements for days now and just today i went for my 16weeks midwife appointment and she asked me the same question if i felt the movement this past days and i said yes although i was not sure it was the baby then, and so she said its the baby that some women feels that as early as 15weeks but majority gets to feel intense movements from 20weeks. I heard my baby's heartbeat for the first time today

I was advised here though by some mums at uni and i read about it too from the NHS website http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/vitamins-minerals/Pages/Vitamin-A.aspx although not totally avoidance as i posted earlier. However I will ask my midwife next week during my appointment but for now I need to eat what goes down well.

Congratulations to all new mums and all those that got their visas and all those successful at POE. Just had my baby girl yesterday evening at Hackensack UMC Mountain Side NJ. Not really impressed with the services of the hospital but the doctors were quite good.

Mamas please help me, I have been seriously into golden morn since this week and that is the only thing that goes down easily without complain but the problem here is that it is fortified with Vit A which i heard should be avoided in pregnancy. Please help me, I need to know if its safe as i have finished 2 packs already.

Pregnacare should only be taken on a full stomach as written on d pack...I ve been taking pregnacare since 4wks of my pregnancy with no issue n I'm 15wks+ now..Try taken it after ur main meal n see how it goes.All d best sis!

My stance medically: pls use folic acid one tblet daily and iron tablets thrice daily. Body system sure differs. We all can't tolerate sme drugs but sure folic acid and iron tabs is well tolerated in preg by almost everybody. Eat as much as u can, take lots of fluids and rest well..all the best

I started taking pregnacare Max since my sickness has refused to let me eat,but i noticed that ever since i started taking the vitamins (Pregnacare Max) my sickness has returned in full force again. I am not vomiting though but nauseous and extremely bitter taste in my month. I have been feeling like crying since morning because seriously i thought i'd be done with this whole episode Please can i stop this vitamin and continue my boots folic acid one tablet daily plsssssss i need help

@ about 14weeks and still can't eat food or meat.....when will all this disappear? and to worsen the case i am alone

All of a sudden my LO @beat stopped at 25 weeks and there was nothing I could do. For the little time i spent with him, my joy was countless. But God knows the best RIP.

Thanks Ma'm, I take lots of fluid but eating is hard for me. My craving since this week is carrot and bananas, normal solid food makes me sick. I am only taking folic acid for now, no added pregnancy vitamins. I will appreciate if anyone could help me with any vitamins i can take.

My dear when I was in my first tri and time I trek I always feel dizzy. I guess the body is still trying to adjust to changes etc. Hope u are taking lots of fluid and eating well too. Throwing up can come up at any time in pregnancy, I don't think u should panic about that. I hope you are taking your pills!! Very important

If your body is not used to this kind of distance, you should start it gradually. Again, once you are getting tired, try and sit somewhere to regain your energy before you continue, don't force any exercise, listen to your body more.

You should call your midwife and complain to her, you might need to be placed on iron tablets. It's common for most women to feel like this during pregnancy but the iron tablets helps a lot. I also think you should start taking the pregnancy multivitamin tablets by now.

Be strong, it will soon be over.

And so today i decided to trek some distance (About 10-13mins walk)to school and i almost fainted, I became so sick (headache, fatique etc) all of a sudden and thought i was falling down. Please at over 13weeks what could be the reason for this faint and dizzy feeling? And also, today i vomitted again after 2 weeks of break. Please i need to know what i can start taking because i'm still taking just folic acid one tablet daily and not seeing my Midwife any time soon.

Hello great mamas I would say I'm in deep love wt what u pple do hear. I will be 11 wks prg wt my 2nd baby on sat ds wk. May we all carry to term IJN Amen! I have not gone for 1st scan, I hope it's not late, I plan to go when I'm 12wks. I ttc-ed for 8 months but d month I least expected I got preg, that month , november, I took anti malaria drug twice wt some antibiotics, honestly I was surprised when I found out I was preg but it's d lord's doing.
