i shed plenty tears today . in fact i cant say i understand how i feel . this is my 2nd attempt at assisted reproductive this year . so for the better part of this year i have been on hormonal injections, the first attempt was terminated after egg collection . this time i made it past egg collection to transfer . i waited endlessly to find out the result. it was like the two weeks wait wont end. after 10 days decided to start testing . i was so overjoyed to see 2lines. i continued to test but on the 13th day the lines began to lose the deepness. i asked my husband who told me it wasnt i good sign . that it means my hcg dropping . i still continued to hope but i stopped testing.
today went for my scan . no sac seen . ni then the doctor says he sees a fibroid . never ever had fibroid before ,they have ordered more tests am sooo weak . tired of crying now . ihave invested my time money emotions energy in this
but now my strength is out totally.
God pls find me .
My sister i prophesy to your life today, your joy will be full, please if you can still have that faith since you have not seen AF trust and believe its not fibroid but your baby, this stupid devil liked playing pranks on children of God,just believe and it shall come to pass in Jesus name

Morning sisters.. Thanks for your support. Yes, the clinic will give me all progesterone, oestrogen, diagnosis and whatever support needed till 12weeks. After that, I can still consult with the doctor.. Just that drugs and tests will no longer be covered.
As for full bed rest.. Hnmm.. I went on leave in March/early April.. That was when serious bdn ended up in bfp o... To take another leave now.. My Oga go open eyes. However, if I submit a doctor's report, she'll allow me but I don't want to. I don't want to disclose it yet.. It's not easy after staying at home in the past for same reason and nothing to show for it. You know.. If I bring it up again.. It's a matter of na wah o.. Make she Sha carry pikin come this time around.
I'll keep. Managing to work.. I'll reduce stress. I plan to stay at home for bed rest if I notice anything not palatable but I know it won't happen. This one has come to stay!
The momma that mentioned cyclogest 200mg..Doctor gave me 2 packs of 400mg sef.
Make all of una enjoy una day o... Babies coming your way soon!
Please sis just rest well, not minding what anybody will say at work, this one has come to stay your joy will be full and you will not do this in vain in Jesus name.

Hi wonderful sisters.
It's been a long while. I got tired of everything, even fought DH out of frustration.. But the guy stood gidigba that he won't let me pack my things o. It's been 7yrs and a month on this ttc issue now. Between the last time I was here and last month, I had two mcs 3 & 4weeks. Altogether I've had more than 20 mcs at 3,4,5,6 even 7wks confirmed and unconfirmed over the years. Unexplained.. because some docs said progesterone is low while others say it's not. I've once treated hyperprolactinaemia.
To cut it short, I stopped all medicines, doctors, hospitals and just started looking unto God and also enjoying my life. The only other thing I did differently was that I bought 3 bottles of trevo which myself and DH took for a month (January) and we didn't buy another since then.
I was waiting for AF this month 12th but it never showed up.. I got bfp 3days later.. Not too excited but looking unto God. I'm at 5weeks now.. Cramping and back pain at intervals.. I didn't visit any doc o.. They've tortured me enough. I only requested for prayer support in a mosque and a church nii plus eating well though I bought pregnacare original today(unused yet).
I pray I carry this one to term. I may not be here frequently o.. Cos I'm still depressed over everything but I'll check in at intervals.
Missed you babes o.. Hafsah, ayaakanoh, legendsmother, mompurity etc... I'm sure you all have success stories to tell me.. I can't read through old posts.. Just too much nii.
God bless you all. Baby dusts to y'all !
Congratulations sis, affliction will not rise again in Jesus name, you will carry this one to term and deliver like the Hebrew women, mum alive, baby alive and dad rejoicing

I did not help femiaction to get his critical skills he got it via his diligence and hardwork. I only called at a point to encourage him. I do not condemn him for studying, I just feel he should also get a job. I feel bad he can't get a job
It is well, just try and encourage people instead of telling them not to waste their time and money to go to SA to study, its uncall for.

Sabi Mama's, I dey greet una . Make una no pass this my post oo. Toh, the time has finally come. God has open the doors finally made a way for us, so I am going in for the surgery (myomectomy).
I beseech you all to pray for the success of the surgery next week by the grace of God. Again I know God will see me through. He has been a faithful God and will always be.
Well, I don't know how my in-laws will react if they hear that I have fibroid's (I don cry tire for this fibroid matter). If only it wasn't calcified I wouldn't have even gone for the surgery.
However, hubby has told me not to worry and that he won't tell his parents/relatives that its fibroid. My gynae too, promised me that he won't tell them its fibroid cos he knows what women go through once the in-laws discovered that the problem is from the woman (chai, may God help us). With my history of multiple surgeries I wonder what they will tell me if they hear about this again. Even before our wedding, some people adviced my hubby to leave me cos of the surgeries I had and they insinuate that I may have difficulty conceiving. He never listened and never told me, until I jokingly asked him if he was ever adviced to leave me. I am extremely fragile and wouldn't want to go through trauma again.
Almighty will go with you and your mouth will be full of testimony after the surgery in Jesus name.....Amen

for the sake of your ignorance, I can not count the number of people have helped on this thread to get visas, people PM and I am fast to reply and give my whatsapp number, have helped people on this thread with accommodation papers, how they will go about it, When Femiaction was in doubt of his critical skills and the approval in lagos, I was in doubt too, but when someone i knew got his in Lagos I called Femiaction in Nigeria to tell him the success story of the person just to encourage him. I do it for humanity and not for human gratification. so when u talk thrash about people, mind who u talk about cos this is a faceless forum. some guys here dont even know who I am but later they find out somehow.
So when you help Femiaction with his critical skill, why then are you condeming him studying with is critical skill permit?you are just confused,i dont know you,you dont know me so stop forming big man of South Africa here and leave anybody with their decision.

Shine1177:
It is not by course you study. God can make a way for any man. Their is this Sister in our church who shared her testimony. She is a school teacher, she has been in Southy for years and she has Permanent Resident Permit but due to work politics towards foreigners they stopped her salary in January and told her her job has ended except she bring South African ID unknown to them she applied a long time ago. She went to Home Affairs and it was discovered that her application was abandoned because of a single document she did not attached, she got the document and within few weeks her ID was release. She went back to work, presented her ID and those devils were put to shame. Her salary was paid even for those month she did not work because those people were only carrying out the instruction of the Principal not of that the government.

Since Femi has gone to Home Affairs office and the officials told him to go because they did not know how to do their job according to you. Is Femi to be blamed? If he got school admission with his work permit how is that a problem to any brother from Nigeria? I think every man should know their limit.

My point is that you should stop celebrating your Permanent Resident Permit but work hard towards getting your ID, these things are not difficult as you paint them. For your information, I will hold my PR before this year end despite the fact that I'm less than 2-years in SA. Your belief is not necessary.

Don't let anyone misunderstand me, what I am saying is that you still make it here. I have met people who have spent 6 year in SA and their life have no colour, they still beg for money. One told me in 2015 that I should not consider staying behind after my studies because their country is now bad. I replied him that this country, South Africa will favour me and work for me. It was not as if I don't have anything doing before I came, I was working in a University in Nigeria but I think and I know I will become a better man if I add value to myself by studying in SA. It has paid off to some extent. It can work for any man or woman also but make sure you come with enough money for your rent at least for a year.

If you call me Mr. SA ambassador what should we call you? Please we need you back home to help Buhari fix Nigeria. For your information every minute you spend in South Africa you are delaying the progress of our fatherland. Please take the next available flight. Safe journey. Bami ki Tinubu ati Buhari pe won ku ise ilu o, Oluwa a ma so agbara won dotun. O da bo.
Do you even have to explain yourself to this guy?for me o if any of my brother or sister is going to SA to study nobody can discourage them,SA is a blessing to you and you dont want it to be a blessing to others, what a selfish fellow..Mr know it all,go and help Buhari in making a better Nigeria..Mschew

I do not condemn any city rather I promote my country. SA has tried for all of us and I will always be grateful.

You came here with critical skills as an engineer with mad experience, you couldn't get a job but you still couldn't get a job, now u have gone to study breaking immigration rules because u have not reported to DHA that you have got a job. Or don't you know that's a condition on ur critical skills? I am only been frank, I am not discouraging anybody. SA is beautiful but it has no greener grasses
See immigration lawyer...As if our country has greener grasses.Abeg shift and leave anybody that wants to leave the shores of Nigeria tk make it,its none of your business,am not related with all this people but i always come to this forum and i do see how you dicourage people of what they want to do to better their future, why will you be discouraging people not to go and study in SA when you are,

My job is tied to my PHD. I can not leave SA now. I am not making this personal, my point is don't stress ur self to come to SA. U can come and do masters or phd here and if u get favour its fine. Critical skills is much more difficult in comparism to exceptional skills. SA is not worth selling ur property to move to. Dony leave naija planing on u will get a scholarship
Leave anybody that wants to sell their grandpa property to go to SA its none of your business, stop discouraging people...You can as well leave your job ans phd in SA and come back home, afterl there are places you can do your PHD apart from SA.

Mr staggerlee please not everybody tells lies okay. What shine1177 said was truth.(As per his accommodation is staying in DURBAN CITY and not bush nor township as you said) This forum is for us to share our experiences not to discourage people. Sir there is no any stress to get critical work permit when you have all necessary document required for the permit and God's favour. Then less i forget you said you are doing your PhD in SA now, i believe you can still continue with your program in Nigerian now to join your friends and enjoying what they are enjoying at home. I know there is no job in SA not even in Nigeria and throughout the world. But you are not the position to discourage people because you are still in the same country that you are condemning. Please share your experience and your testimonies not to discourage people. As far as people are coming on academic ground please don't discourage them because you are a student there. Thanks.
God bless you,he talks as if he knows everything going on in SA.

My brother it is better to be jobless in Nigeria than to be jobless in a foreign country like SA. Ofcos there are more jobless gradutes in Nigeria, no doubts, but a Nigerian being jobless in SA is like a death sentence, in naija u can go and sell gala u can't try that as a foreigner here. So no basis for comparism
Your opinion, not others. If we enjoy luxury of light in our country anybody will do business with little amount that they have than using it on visa processing, but no.

I find some untruths in yours story, first I find it hard to gulp that you pay rent of R2000 in todays SA, with electricty when electricity went up April 1st by 9.4%. U must be staying in a bush or one township like Kayaleisha. I have never doubted the fact that u can't get scholarships but how many do get? And also for what courses? Is it available to every foreigner in every field? You shout critical skills WP, have you joined ECSA, do u know the stress to get critical skills now compared to getting exceptional skills WP, 3 years ago. Look at the new immigration act of 2014, you can't work in ESKOM unless u have an I.D that is a PR holder. You can't be in any govt parastital with WP unless u are a consultant. You claim to have gotten NRF, how many do get it? Your case is an exception not the norm. U claim to earn 4.5 per month as a tutor, do u earn this amount in jan, feb, june, july, nov, dec? Don't come here and paint sa like its one heaven abeg.
You talk as if you have been leaving in SA forever,I perceive some untruth in your talk as well, although i dont know the guy you quoted but i know someone that got his critical skill permit of recent too,so dont talk as if you know it all in SA.. Different folks with his or her story..stop discouraging people from leaving nija to look for a better life anywhere they like, go home if you want to go they are not forcing you to stay in their country..i dont know what is good about our country,we dont benefit anything as a citizen.Do you think if we enjoy the luxury of light and some little little things some countries enjoy we will leave our country to go to another country to look for a better life? You are talking as if Nigeria is heaven on earth, forget that thing bros

In most cases they don't meet the requirements so you don't blame SA govt. That is the case everywhere not only in SA.

People leave Nigeria and other African countries because 'home' got little to offer them.

Do you see South Africans traveling out for greener pasture like other African countries do?

SA is the youngest country in Africa but how come older brother Nigeria with enormous resource is in shamble?

You have money in Nigeria but you can't buy fuel, you can afford to pay for constant electricity but you can't have one.

You can afford to buy a car but roads are dead trap.

You can afford to go to any school but your chances of finishing that course is limited.

Oleayo22:
Father we your daughters are thanking you in advance for the glorious children you have blessed our wombs with.
We bless you for the bfps, we bless you for the ones with bfps that are not even aware, and the tubes you are opening.
Father , bypass doctors diagnosis and show urself that it is you alone that blesses with the fruit of the womb.
Heal our minds and help us not to loose our minds.
help our dhs to be men after your heart and help them too in this ttc season.
we cover our wombs, homes, dhs, career, businesses , and all that pertains to us in the blood of Jesus amen.
it is well my sisters, our daddy has done it and he wont let us be put to shame. He will take reproach from us and make us laugh. Like Hannah, we also will say for this children we have prayed and the Lord heard our petition we ask of him in Jesus name amen.
Amen
