NYSC medical checkups: We did not ask corps members to pay money – Officials By John Owen Nwachukwu on May 15, 2017 The National Youth Service Corp, NYSC, has denied reports making the rounds on social media that it has mandated all prospective corps members to undergo a compulsory medical checkups amounting to N11,000 before going into their various camps. The report has been on that the management of the scheme had demanded that all PCMs are to compulsorily present a copy of their HIV, genotype, blood group, HBsaG, PCV, HCV, and Urinalysis. The report has equally claimed that it is expected that the registration and phone number of the doctor in charge of the test appear on the certificate for verification. The report further claimed that this information was passed to the prospective corps members during the questions and answers sections organized by various institutions for the grandaunts. However, reacting to the report, an official of NYSC, who would not want his name mentioned told DAILYPOST that there is no truth in the report. He said the scheme will not ask prospective corps members to spend any money in checking their medical status. According to him, “Let me tell you now that the report is not true. “Although we NYSC have advised prospective corps members to make their health status known for various reasons mostly for their own good, no one mandated them to spend their money,” he said. #Copied Please how true is this?? |
Still trying to figure out the worst defender have seen in a red shirt between Smalling, Jones and Evans? |
Fx55:It's not about his parents here. It's about his availability to play for Nigeria or not. |
whizzler:This guy is the real deal. Playing for England is sh-t. How can one say playing for Nigeria is overrated? |

If you mean 22caps since 2013 to 2017. That's Ross Barkley. |
thinkative:While Aubameyang scored a reasonable amount of goals in the Champions League for dortmund. Standard of players in Nigeria have dropped. The Future would be better. |
Mythicos:You will have better playing time in representing Nigeria. Moses, Shola Ameobi etc. Tell me a Nigerian that opted to play for England that has had 10caps? Besides Dele Alli? |
thinkative:Lol, but on a low, Moses has to do more. I just want a Nigerian to win it. |
Lol its only a matter of time, they will come back home. Prodigality is allowed. |
The only thing Moses needs to do now is to replicate that form in the National team. Aubameyang can't do any more with Gabon. Neither can Mane. Moses is in the pole position. We have at least a good National team, all Moses need do is put in a string of good performances in the World Cup qualifiers as well as AFCON qualifiers and Nigeria qualifies. |

Dude, what was Walker's contribution to spurs? Show me his stats for Chances created, man of the match performance, Assists and Goals. Then come back. |
thinkative:Oh well. You do you and I do me. I still think Moses has been better. Oya come and beat me. |
Jarus:Absolutely right. Because I'm Nigerian. |
femi4:True, very true. |
Leave her, is it your slave master? Let her marry her massa |
femi4:Not every player can be a game change, especially when you play as a RB compared to the wingers and Forwards. |
If not for the double standard, but Mahrez won only the EPL, he beat Aubameyang and Mane. So why does Moses have to do more? |
femi4:If we dig deep, we'd find RB that played better than Kyle Walker this season. |
femi4:Quick one, who's the best RB or RWB this season? Please don't tell me Walker. |
femi4:These are natural fullbacks as we both know. Danny Rose and Walker are not even up to Moses' standard so far in the season. Rose, God knows were he his and Walker in recent games has been benched for Kevin Trippier. |
femi4:N'Golo Kanté has completed 1734 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 89%, of which 71% were forward passes. Ander Herrera has completed 555 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 87%, of which 74% were forward passes. Wanyama has completed 1530 passes this season with a pass accuracy of 87%, of which 70% were forward passes. Well. |

femi4:Since you say he's the heart of spurs defence. Does he have highest number of interceptions? Does he have the highest number of tackles? How many man of the match awards does he have to show? |
femi4:No seriously? You couldn't be anymore joking. Wanyama? Mane and Aubameyang have had a great seasons but not Wanyama. |
No not all players would get medal, because there's a stipulated amount of players that are registered at the beginning of the season. Hence, likes of Ake, Mikel will miss out. |
Moses will win Africa best player before Mane Now or in the future. And Omeruo did not win the league with Chelsea, dude was on loan at Middlesbrough. |
Certainly done enough. He was a vital member of the championship squad. No real contender yet. |
