...many things to say, ...but I will stick to this .... when has it become a doctrine for people to disclose the percentage tithe they are giving. This is no longer a teaching or declaration, it is an argument of ego. Who is right and who is wrong.

Believe me, angry when I say this....

G[color=#550000][/color]randlead heritage is a spin off of practical bullshtako (bullshit). Imagine them starting off with questions of technical knowledge, customer service, logistics and customer management, then you see people bowing thinking hard to find answers to those questions.

Pens up, Up next, video presentations of fashola and few entrepreneurs. As that was not enough...then a dude with a big attitude waltz in after being invited on stage.

This gentleman started and few people stood up and waltz out like a boss they are. And so, the pep talk started, the gentleman made me remember all my experience with GNLD folks, wasting my tfare and time.

I remained, smiled at the individual, then he started bragging about his qualifications and all. His sugar coated mouth began, explaining his backup plan, contingency plan and retirement plans.

He said and I quote "I want to retire by age 30" having a landed property in ikorodu and begin tenancy.. I began to wonder how does this information help us discern the job specification.

I was invited for graduate trainee position, and others were invited for other positions by different referrals.

I left, then a friend on nairaland whom I met there prior to our communications and meet up plans in the previous day, told me they requested for money, which became clear that this individuals are looking for loyal, daft, jobfull people to feel their pockets for training kits and begin marketing jobs.

So tell me isn't this GNLD!!!!!!!or what ever they discribe themselves as.

So I drew my conclusion as tfare wasted, time wasted = non-fruitful endeavor = useless COY. Ignore their SMS or emails and search for other jobs. They even have a shitty website with no specificity as they also post jobs of other firms.

#DECLINE EVERY INVITATION FROM grandlead HERITAGE as it isn't a legitimate job placement.

Like the saying goes... Seeing is believing... I was privileged to attend a Richbond concept limited at 7&8 bustop along oshodi express.... Crossing to the other side... And spotting Philez Building right beside Keystone Bank... 2nd floor of Philez Building was the exclusive interview for customer care representative.. Meant lots of few job seekers like me... I smiled when i saw the name inscribed on a GNLD wallpaper "ignitlyte" it was so amazing when fellow with an already crashed laptop sitting right opposite me begin to ask me abt role I was applying for... There I was speaking with phonetics.. was impressed and told me to have a nice time.. Gosh I went inside to sit.. Then came a guy whose eyes were already dazed and started the ALMIGHTY PEP TALK... before an arrogant fellow walked in named himself the regional Manager.. He began his own pep talk like a boss.. Phonetics and big Grammer... For the records I wasn't intimidated... After much talk he then asked that he wants just three person that would work with him personally at the expense of 3000 naira and come back on Tuesday training.. It was so obvious that they were just starting up and they need people to feel the position of unit heads... andand refer otondos or fresh graduates..... SO EVERY ONE RICHBOND OR IGNITLYTE OR PROSPERITE = MEGA SCAM = GNLD. Half of us picked up our bags and walked out. We all came for the position of customer care representative and we are asked to pay 3k. So stay of these invites u ll jus waste ur money and time.
