Either bad Iginition coil
Spark plug
Dirty injector
Or bad ecu aka brain box as you already have a brain box code.

P0171 system too lean bank 1
This can be a bad 02sensore need to be check first

P0218 coolant temperature below regulating
No engine thermostat installed or the thermostat is stuck open.

P0012 CMP
First need to check if the engine timing is correct.
The intake oil conteol valve (OCV actuator) might be bad if you timing is correct.

P0607 ECM
Ecm aka brain box might be bad and can be the reason for all this codes if it bad
My suggestion get another ecm to test if all the codes will come back or not.
