Hi, i have an access bank visa card thats linked to my dormicilliary account, i linked the card to my paybal account, but i have been trying to make payment through my paypal account to another paypal account but the payment isnt going through. It debits me and reverses the transaction immediately. Has anyone experienced this same thing? How were you able to resolve the issue?

Hello guys, please i will like to know if anyone knows of any android app that can be used for calling mobile phones or landlines, it should be able to work in the same way as making regular phone calls, which means the receiver of the calls doesn't need to be connected to the internet. The call rates should also be cheap for calling African countries as well as other phone numbers. I use TALKU APP, but its not been easy buying call credits for the app, i only use the free credits that come with the app. Thanks in anticipation of your help.

Logic Add the horizontal line up, then square the numbers you will get last number.

Number 39: 3+7+(-5)=5
the square of 5=25.

But I think you should get a textbook that explains the answers. That way, you will be able to tell if you are wrong or there are typos. In my own time, Odiaka was the best in terms of explanation and workings.
