I've traveled to Greece and Italy and you are right. Many southern europe countries are no go areas for black people.
I felt bad for the Nigerians I met. Staying in Nigeria would have been far better for them.
People who complain about how terrible Nigeria is, ask those Danfo, kẹkẹ or taxi drivers how much they make. That's the most accessible business in Nigeria.
Life isn't all beautiful in Europe especially southern Europe where their own citizens are really poor too.

There are things that are not worth arguing on a serious note.

I had this mentality until last year. There was no hotel around where the bus packed up. No buses were ready to pick up passengers for fear of being robbed. I spent at least 8 hours on the road before I finally entered a car, then a "trailer" and finally another car going my destination. The story is a long one. But you can't be too sure you'll never be stranded.
I still see that day as one funny moment in my life. I had so much confidence that everything was in control until the sun began to set.

Who are the poor people? Many of those staying in shanties in Obalende are not poor, they have only taken advantage of the Gov't's laxity. I live on the mainland while working on the island. I pay exorbitantly just to survive in Lagos. If you can't get a job or do your business in the right way, then people should go back to their villages to farm. Don't dirty and spoil Lagos just because you are poor.
To say that gov't ought to provide alternatives for them would infer that gov't ought to provide alternatives for at least 1 million people. It is unrealistic. Gov't can but do little.
Let everybody go back to their villages. I would be glad to get a sane and clean environment to farm, not stay in Lagos and shit in gutters, have nowhere to stay all in the name of living in Lagos.
This is solely my opinion and perhaps the opinion of some learned long-stayed Lagosians that I know.

Take note of the person who said something similar in ancient times! Well his name is David (second Israelite's King). This man wanted to build a house for God but the idea was rejected because David has "too much blood in his hands"

Now let's look critically into the issue. David and Solomon were Kings having authority over the resources of their nation that's why they could divert such huge material resources to such a gigantic project.

If we're to look at this Baba talking, he claims to be a Christian and according to the Bible no single individual amongst Christians ever embarked on such a project (to build a house for God).

Christians in the first century come together and materials were gathered from the purses of each member (as they're able to spare) and they spend each dime on what's necessary. Because whatever they do is to the glory of God, so none of them could say "I will do this" since the money belongs to the church and NOT any individual!

With this statement Baba has exposed himself as the alpha and omega of all the contributions those Churchgoers under him brings in!

Even Jesus Christ has no such say on what was given to his group, rather he allowed the cash to be in the hand of one of his followers. And when they were in dare need pay for something really serious Jesus asked them to go and use the money they find IN A FISH, why?

Because he is not in charge of whatever is in the treasury, it belongs to the group to decide what to do or how to spend it!
