you can go on a month dry fasting and exercise and come out looking like a cancer patient. then have family members go visit him with you. except he is not empathetic or love you. he should be scared about how lean you ve gotten because of worry. I know its hard and lowkey emotional blackmail, but the end should justify the means

I got my visa in October to go see my family.
On my ds160 I am supposed to leave on the 20th Dec for two weeks but my dad ended up getting a return ticket for 4th dec - 6th Jan cos of the bargain price $1104 to Washington because N578k is cheapest I got here. I also said I was paying for the trip tho am to fund pops naira acct here.
I raised my concern on the 2wks and Pops said I can always rescheduled my return but am a bit concerned of the Poe guys even though I can extend my leave at work.
Hope the date, duration and the payment won't affect me at Poe, and how do I defend it?
