The question is what the REC did, is it in pursuance of the provisions of the electoral act or the constitution ? Which section of the electoral act or constitution empowers a REC to declare results ?

The section 65 of the act empowers the Returning officer to be the one to declare election results and not the Resident Electoral Commisioner (REC) .

Read the first line of that section again. It practically says notwithstanding any provision of this act and then goes on to say any act by any official is valid unless vacated by the court.

That section shouldn’t have found its way into the electoral law.

Sadly the Federal High Court is right on this one, INEC cannot invalidate or void an Election that has been officially declared by its own officials. Similar to what Mahmud Yakubu did in declaring Tinubu President-Elect, even when other parties raised issue of him not meeting the requirement to be declared winner. The REC took a leaf of Yakubu's play book, and now only the courts starting with Election Tribunal can upturn Binani's fraudulent victory. I wanted her to win, but INEC has messed up this Electoral process so bad. Also she will become a puppet and controlled by the powerful politicians that are behind this fraud and allegedly paid the REC ₦2bn to get that declaration.

I am not afraid of those that spend 10 mins on formation. I am afraid of those that switch formation from 4-3-3 to 4-4-2 and then 3-4-3 and then adjust player position and arrows, AND do all these within 1 minute. You will be just hearing "ta, ta, ta, ta" as they make their changes on speed mode.
Na those ones worry pass. Such speedy formation changes can only be mastered after thousands of hours of game play. It also required finger dexterity that not everyone has.

Na me adjust player formation pass and I still Dey collect steady. 😂

So this is our it goes down.

The number of people that can play the cup is minimum of 2 and maximum of 8.

So you set the Konami cup to either club or country and the people who wan to play will all pick a box. There’s from box 1 to 8. Rules can be you select the team you want or you allow computer to select team randomly.

Once all the box are filled, the onile press random to give opponents to all the box. Then skip to result. The result will be from 1-8 with which result line for each box. The box with the highest score wins.

If it’s 100 naira per box, the highest can win 400, second win 300 and third wins 100.
