Somehow we need Chukwueze in this game. Someone that can hold ball and dribble.

Take off Akor for Chukwueze

The Moroccan fullbacks will be a tactical problem in this game especially if we don't control the midfield.

City went into the season with haaland, Marmoush, Doku, Savinho, Bobb and cherki as attackers playing in 4 competitions.

We went into the season with Sesko, Zirkzee, Semenyo, Cunha, Mbuemo, and Amad playing two competitions. Once again you are not making sense.
I can see the sense you are making that's why you listing Semenyo as part of our players. grin

See as you stylishly remove Foden from City attack and added Semenyo to our own grin

If sleep dey worry you go sleep.

I am not against improving the squad but let me ask, will you sanction a move for Mainoo to any of our rivals?
Which of your rival is bidding for Mainoo? Who will he bench in Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool or Man City midfield?

How is marmosuh different from us buying zirkzee and then buying Sesko in back to back windows and they sold Alvarez for huge sum so they needed a replacement. That ur example makes zero sense. How many strikers/attackers have we bought over the last 3 seasons alone?
They sold Alvarez and bought Marmoush, Cherki, Savinho, Doku and now Semenyo

This season we offload Hojlund, Rashford, Garnacho, Antony, Sancho and replaced them with Sesko, Mbeumo and Cunha, please tell me how 3 players can effectively replace 5 players without thinning out the squad.

Take the mic

How many midfielders are close to Rodri in terms of talent?

They knew they can’t replace Rodri. But with their situation at that time, they knew they had to bring in some reinforcements.

Your squad is thin. Your main players get injured and you are arguing against bringing in reinforcements. Lol.
You have like 5 players injured, 3 away of AFCON and they were arguing against reinforcement. No wonder that one sef para grin

What positions in the team do you think we need an upgrade?
Right now we need quality midfielders and probably a backup striker.

Once we actually have quality midfielders it will reduce how many attacks our defense is open to.

You can't be parading Case, Ugarte and Mainoo as your CMs in big 2026 and be expecting miracle.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by larride(m): 10:59pm On Jan 11
Last January City bought Marmoush who was 2nd highest goalscorer in Budensliga, he hasn't lived up to it, this January they bought Semenyo.

No telling the manager no manage whatever he has, they are giving him the necessary tools to dominate and win.

Since the time of Mou, we have been complaining of Dalot and Shaw, since then we have appointed Ole, ETH and Amorim, thats almost 8yrs and both of them are still here.

Imagine complaining about Dorgu, which replacement do you have Malacia grin

You want to play the "golden" 4-3-3 and your midfielders are Bruno, Case, Ugarte and Mainoo. 3 will start and just 1 will be on the bench. Incredible squad planning grin

Make Una no worry, the interim manager and new permanent manager is coming to do magic with the resources on ground.

Our average possession is very good but take a look at our xG difference and big chances created. We are massively not taking our chances when dominating.
These same people blamed the 3-4-3 formation and not the players missing simple chances.

You are blaming 3-4-3 but want to use the stats line from the same 3-4-3

Make Una no go buy better players

Well. Hindsight is great, we sabi Rice now. No Dey whine us for here. If Rice was here, he would have been another useless British player.

Rice and the players you mentioned are average players that are performing well because of their managers.

Meanwhile, should we go back to the mercenary model?
Shebi na Arteta dey coach Zubimendi for Spain and Rice for England.

Rice na average, coming from the finger of a Ugarte and Mainoo fan.

I dey 💯 sure say some of these your takes you no fit talk ham outside, them for don break your head.

We still need a midfielder pass all these ones wey you dey talk.

Arsenal had Rice and bought Zubimendi the next TW. This is in addition to Merino and Odegaard.

Chelsea bought Enzo and added Lavia and Caicedo the next year. Dem get 2 heads?

I don’t want to mention City who bought 2 GKs in a window. If na Man Utd buy that Trafford and it doesn’t look like it will work out, instead of buying Donnarumma, they will demand Pep to make magic with Trafford.

Fire and hire will only work when you back it up with a quality squad.
nitrogen will tell him to work with what he has. angry

You see all the teams you are competing against always upgrading their squad, nitrogen and his friends want their own manager to turn water to wine.
