Debroslink: Which mistake? I said my tie with United is done and dusted. I know what I typed. Is it that you are high this afternoon or you find joy in typing rubbish and defending it? You said I can’t remember the last time we won a QF “MATCH” in the UCL. It seems you guys think defending rubbish and clear mistake makes you knowledgeable or intelligent. |

Greatihex: oga, tottenham don't need to beat man city to qualify. any draw, tottenham qualifies. any winning that is not more than 1 goal margin that has tottenham scoring, tottenham qualifies. Now you see why they don't need a miracle to qualify? there are in the driving seat. the ball is in tottenham's court, not city. though tottenham can still fail to qualify, just like in the case of madrid, atm and psg I no even understand ooo, a team with a win and clean sheet advantage is the one that needs a miracle to qualify. |

gensteejay: Forget all these stories; it's easier for Man City to beat Tottenham by 4 goals in the home match than for the latter team to defeat the former to advance to the next stage in the competition.Tottenham, the infamous great bottlers, will need nothing short of a miracle to beat Man City at home.
The fact that Kane sustained an injury in the first leg and will miss the away game at Etihad has even compounded Tottenham's woes. What’s this miracle that will happen in Etihad though? Oya come let’s stake 5k Spurs qualify. |

10k..? You misunderstand me. I’m trying to point it out to him that City won’t beat Spurs by that high margin. |

Eruditor: He gambled against Arsenal but it worked. Maybe you were not reading comments here when people saw the lineup. You keep talking about lost both legs as if I did not tell you how. Liverpool were only the better team in the first 30mins of the 2 legged tie last season. It is one of the vagaries of football.
If you are asking why the same things won't happen this season. 1. This City team is better than that one (for e.g they deserved to beat Liverpool home and way this season). 2. Pep is a better manager this season. He has absolutely demolished every big team at the Etihad this season.
Putting the two together, Tottenham will need nothing short of a miracle to come out victorious after the second leg. I won't make any bold predictions, but it could be Pochettino's worst loss as a manager of Tottenham. It is not being boastful. This City team is so much better on their day. Poch worst loss as manager of Tottenham is a 5-1 defeat at Newcastle. How much do you want to bet that City will beat Tottenham 5-1 or 6-1 or 6-0? At least Pep will not gamble that day so there won’t be any excuse. Do you want to put your money where you mouth is? If anyone didn’t watch the match now, they would be forced to think Pep left his best players at home and came to London to watch dove. Wednesday is so upon us. |

slimghost: We have a lot of unintelligent footballers in this team. Young,Fred,Smelling and Lukaku shouldn't be anywhere near a UTD match day squad. Fred has been good in this match ooo. I don’t know what happened in that first 15 minutes. We were terrible. OGS better move Dalot to the middle or the right side, we need Shaw offensive moves against that Semedo. |

adebayo201: Dalot is not doing his job or is it his positioning?
What dafuvk Young. So it’s Dalot fault that our dunce coach decide to play him at LB when we have Shaw on the pitch? The right wing is dead with Young playing there and our coach just decide to render the left useless also. |

I’m not going to torture myself to watch this rubbish. You want to play counter but you render your best full back ineffective by playing him as CB. What a dunce.
Even Leganes players won’t be strolling on the pitch like our players are. Useless bunch. |
