You need to hire an experienced interim manager (preferably foreign) that will help you navigate this season, stay competitive and then after the season you can search/appoint the right manager.

You’d be making another mistake if you make an in season hire on a long term basis. During the off season, you’d have more options to pick from and time for due diligence.

Just get someone in the interim who is experienced with absolutely no plan to make him permanent. Conte/ Deschamps/ Koeman/ Martinez.

I stopped supporting Carrick the moment he decided to reintegrate Rashford back into the team.

Martinelli, Summerville and the likes managed to secure moves to the Saudi Pro League, yet United somehow remain unable to sell Rashford.

Rashford was rejecting offers from different clubs because he knew those running the club are useless.

He was willing to reduce his salary at Barca but won't even entertain any other offers from turkey or Italy.
