Football Legend Pele has backed PSG Star Kylian Mbappe to match his stunning career achievements.

9. At Offa in Kwara State, he was prevented from been arrested by Saraki and the Vigilantes.
10. He was stopped at the Airport by the immigration, and he snatched back his passport from the immigration, and bolted away, before the Police could get there.
11. The police traced him to his house, and laid seige there, when he refused to submit himself for arrest.
12. 24 hours later, Dino submitted himself for arrest.
13. He was taken to SARS headquarters for processing, and then was been taken to Lokoja for an identification parade.
14. In a commando style attack, two white hilux truck slammed into the front end of the security vehicle Dino was in, and in the confusion, Dino bolted into the near by bush.
15. A hot chase by the police got DINO caught, and rearrested.
16. An ambulance from no where appeared, in response to the Police call for an ambulance. The police thinking it was in response to their call, allowed DINO to be conveyed in the ambulance.
17. On discovering that the ambulance belongs to the National Assembly and was DINO getaway Plan B, they chased the Ambulance and caught up with it at Zanklin Hospital, where the driver of the ambulance, Dino and the hospital Director were arrested, and Dino taken custody of, by the Police.

1.Now...NNPC imports fuel at N165 per liter...and sells at N145 per liter.

2.The subsidy government calls underrecovery....just pays the N20 difference.

3.NNPC thus does not make a net profit. As a result....NNPC cannot build new refineries, nor invest in exisiting ones.(NNPC is a business, not the government bureau itis run as).

4.On subsidy removal...what Bubu did in 2015 was raise the price of fuel from N87 to N145. At the time, landing costs of fuel was N132..so truly subsidy paying stopped (except for the debts left over in subsidy claims from the GEJ government which were high..more on that, and why it was not GEJ's fault)..BUT....when landing costs went above N145 a year later...government had to start paying subsides to avoid a price raise.

5.Still on no 4....what Bubu did was a PARTIAL removal....which is what governments since IBB in 1986 have done.(IBB's partial removal even led to some economic recovery that lasted two years)

6.Under GEJ...in 2012...GEJ raised fuel prices to N140 from N65.At the time, landing costs were N99.

7.Nigerians protested, GEJ reduced it to N97....meanwhile due to high oil prices...landing costs shot up above N100 in 2013...leading to scarcity galore., and the subsidy claims debts, as well as maekters engaging in scams like smuggling and selling fuel on the black market to survive as well as making claims for fuel not imported(That's why blaming GEJ for fuel scarcity is wrong...he tried to solve the problem...Nigerians dont want to pay for fuel).

A former Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, as been announced by the Presidency through the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) as the Director General of Buhari 2019 Presidential Support Committee.


PRNigeria gathered that the Committee is different from Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO) which recently appointed Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, the Minister of Transport as the Director General while Human Rights Lawyer Festus Keyamo (SAN) as the spokesman and Director, Strategic Communications.

The Sheriff-led body has a list of 35 members of the Support Committee, 10 members of National Advisory Committee and 5 members of National Patrons with President Muhammadu Buhari as the Grand Patron.

A popular Kano musician Dauda Rara is appointed National Director Music, while a Nollywood Actor and Lagos lawmaker Hon Desmond Elliot is the National Publicity Secretary and the Chief of Staff to the Imo State governor and governorship aspirant of APC, Uche Ugwumba Nwosu as the National Secretary.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political matters, Hon Gideon Sammani, who made the disclosure in an official statement released to Naija News said that “prominent individuals were selected after the APC National Convention to build on the momentum of the success to step up preparation within the hierarchy and ranks and file of the party to fully support President Muhammadu Buhari to continue with his programmes and policies for the upliftment and advancement of the country with the manifesto of the APC.”



Hon Sammani who is also Facilitator President Support Committee under the OSGF said: “In preparation for the reelection of President Buhari in 2019, the Presidential Support Committee, Buhari 2019 has appointed eminent Nigerians to the National Working Committee of the organisation.

Please let me chip in this: You CANNOT USE a tenants "contract period" as "Quit Notice" period.
What do l mean?
Lets assume Tenant has paid for a full year, January to December. Within those period, he is in a valid "Lease Contract" with you. He MUST enjoy that ONE YEAR without disturbance, that is the law. You cannot be "in contract" with a Tenant (jan - Dec) and then issue a Notice mid-way (July to December), The Tenant will simply ignore your notice 'cos it is INVALID.
Your Notice can only be effective AFTER the contract has lapsed, i.e from January the following Year.
Furthermore, After the six months and he refuses to leave, you will issue One Month, after one month, you will issue 7days , if he still refuses to leave, you will apply to the courts to recover your premises.
This is when "conditions" to recover premises will come-in. See Below.


Your "iron-clad" contract can be unenforceable, if it is "illegal" a-priori!
How cn you collect money for one year and make the Tenant sign (he will say under duress, mind you) a contract of eviction just six months into the contract? Its Null and Void ab-initio joor!

If the One year finishes and teh Tenant does not pay or renew his tenancy, after three Months, his Tenancy is "Determined at law" and he is entitled to only 7days Notice, after which you head to court for recovery.

If you are the one that is refusing to collect payment (on the basis that you have served him a quit notice)then this condition does not apply since he will simply go to "mediation centre" to inform them that he is trying to pay his Landlord and he is refusing to collect money. They will invite Landlord for "discussions" and would serve as witness in court, if need be, to show that you are the one who refused rent.

Assuming you gave valid notice (6, 1month and 7days) and he refuse to leave.
You will argue in court that you need the flat for your son or personal use. This is a very valid argument. Others like renovation are difficult to prove.
If court upholds your argument, they will still ask the Tenant "when he can reasonably move out". He will ask for another 3months!

At the end, he would move out but he will pay all outstanding rent sha.
If he does not move out after that, court will order Bailiffs to move him out.

Please, dont ever do "self help" as a lot of people are suggesting here, especially in Lagos. I have seen a few Landlords get jail time for this, of recent. Things have changed so much and the era of "jankara Judgement" seems to be over. You cant even do the "impersonation" scam of hose years anymore now. Courts are wiser, tenants are smarter and rules are stricter! I hate to see a Landlord jailed by a tenant for issues like this!
Any tenant that sublets your house is just silly because you can actually lock the house and direct the "new squatter" to deal with it, with he former tenant who sub-letted the place. Its not your headache, its between the two of them. No 'squatter' can sue you for a full year's rent since it is in the rent agreement that the house cannot be sub-let. Simples.

The official said “it was not true that millions were spent on erecting statue.”

He, however, disclosed that government had taken delivery of new equipment for its Specialist Hospital and that 21 doctors were currently in the facility to deliver healthcare service to residents.

According to him, out of the 27 hospitals built, five had been handed over to the military as specialist health institutions.

Nzeworji added that the state government had also instituted ‘Imo Rural Roads Mobilization Project’ to handle 27 roads in the 27 local councils by December.

Apga won 2013 governorship election with just 180,178 votes, and this was when nobody knew about Ipob or Biafra or Nnamdi Kanu, and even vanguard newspaper reported that there was even low turnout at that time. The reason why some Christians are supporting Freeze is because most preachers have made it a law and even threaten people that their lives will be cursed because they don't give tithe. Some even say stuffs like "if you don't give tithe, your life will be tight"
That is incorrect. Jesus has borne all the curse for us on the cross.
However, there is a blessing that comes from giving as the scripture encourages us to give and it shall be given to us. And Paul encourages us to give willingly.

So the basis of our giving is not to avert any curse but rather to open ourselves up for the blessings that come with giving. If you don't give, there is no curse but you may not enjoy that extra blessing that comes from giving.
Have you noticed that people who have the habit of giving, always have more to give? That is a divine principle.
In fact, I encourage people to give as much as they can, even more than the 10%.
The fact is, if we understand how much God loves us with an everlasting love, our resources (money and all) would be at his disposal for his use.
