It is called corporate social responsibility (csr). Mtn doesn't owe you or anyone anything because you aren't paying tax to them.

It might end in tears for either or both of you.
1. You both won't be able to do proper jobs because of work permit/greencard that you both don't have.

2. Either or both of you may have to do arrange marriage to get papers which could be expensive (5k to 10k usd).

3. Both of you will have to divorce first before the arrange marriage can be successful because you will either/both need the divorced certificate at uscis or nvc

4. There is 80% chance that your woman will develop feelings for her arrangee husband and there is nothing you can do about it because the man is seen as the legally husband to her according to US database.

5. When either or both of you decided to terminate the arrangees to come together again, you might have to re-file marriage because you were both legally divorced.

6. You might have problems convincing USCIS about why you both divorced earlier, married new spouses, divorced the spouses and decided to come together again.

Its a tough one except you are ready to sacrifice your marriage.

After filing for the spouse visa and waiting to get approved which can take up to a year, this will keep me and my significant other away from eachother for a while... during this period can one request for a visiting visa to visit for few weeks or months and come back?

Your chances of approval is less than 20% except you have something else that is important to do in the USA, maybe graduation or business submit.

But to take vacation to visit your spouse, you are likely to be denied because you already have immigrant intent
