the main problem is LACK OF Excercise. they eat sooooooo much carbohydrate and dont burn the calories. it ends up in making their belly big . . . get running, sweat it off. and yea try green tea. ([s]one of my lil secret]

They are either fat or they eat too much carbs and less workout ( like most nigerians i knw )

Remedy : Daily Situp / Crunches maybe 100 a day, its the easiest and most effective workout for the belly, Cardio - 20 mins 3 times a week, or go for a walk/ run, and eat less carb, that is less rice, pasta, semolina, gari and all that, eat more veges and fruits, drink lots of water.

I want to know who to get in contact with to be in the nigerian movie industry. I am sick of seeing the same face in all the movies, as well as the same story line.

I want Nollywood to take acting to the next level. I am willing to contribute my talent into the industry. I was very challenged and ashamed when i watched a few Ghanian movies.

Compared to a nigerian movie it is way better sorry to say. The sound , picture, story line, dressing, cars are more advanced.
Please reply to this thread, i have a passion to change the nigerian entertainment industry as there is alot that needs to be done.

Divorce is only allowed when a man committs adultry and on other major grounds. u cannot marry a wife and divorce her for not washing the dishes, then go marry someone else and then sleep with her, that is FORNICATION ! Fornication is sexual intercourse between a man and woman who are not married, or any form of sexual behaviour considered to be immoral basically. so i will highly suggest you don't justify yourself with all this worldy things, do the right things because it written in black and white, fornication is a sin !!!

I am not suprised Kano is more populated than lagos and i will tell you guys why. Kano state is as big as lagos in term of land mass but lagos is just over crowded, another thing is kano state is a commercial city, alot of people go there to do buisness , i mean real buisness. Men are allowed to marry more than one wives due to the religion,and when a man has up to 4 wives in a house, can u imagine how many kids will be in that household ? then talk of cousins, nephews, nieces, aunties, uncles and so on, and this is been going on for a while. Early marriage is also allowed in kano, kids are allowed to get married and start having kids as early as the age of 13 to 14. I hope you get the point the point now. Lagos isnt that big and its over crowded,so that doesnt mean the population will be higher than other states.

Dump him!!! u ve said and observed, he isnt sure of startin a new life and gurl i will tell u the truth, any man that is as obssessed as he is rite now will end up reckin ur life. so i will advice u call the relationship off tho you can still be best of friends and try to help him out in the situation,i perfectly understand how he feels its not easy to loose a loved one.but another relationship wont heal the wound, instead it will bring back past memories he spent with his dead girlfriend.
