Oh thanks, I will try check the slip and hopefully i hope it’s there because her mom just got her package today and it was straight forward because we were able to track it from the collection email they sent since they included waybill number in the collection email sent to her.

No I meant they sent me an e-mail that my child’s travel documents has been returned by courier and that I can track it on dhl with a waybill number. But they didn’t send any way bill. If you look at the attachment you will see there is no waybill no after that colon symbol.

TLScontact sent me a return mail by courier with an empty waybill. Does that mean I have to go there in person even though I paid for DHL delivery.

Please how do track it? Someone that did few years ago told us that he did track it via TLS app but I have been looking for the said app on Google play but couldn't find it.

I have been accessing it through the visa application link, it asks for your pass word and after you log in, scroll down and click on provide documents and biometrics. It will redirect you to TLScontact page where you can track your application.

Please my dependents did their biometrics on the 11th of Jan, When I tracked it on TLS dashboard this morning, it is still at DMC but I got a mail from TNT by 8am this morning that their BRP is out for delivery to the school. Has anyone else experienced something like this because it is somehow confusing. Application status is still DMC and now BRP has been sent out for delivery for them.
