Stop playing politics with the lives of people.
No public fumigation,no distribution of free face masks
and sanitisers by the state government only laundering of government image on social media.

"I have been watching CNN and the most successful place right now in containing this is the Czech Republic. And one of the things they brought out is that they made a law that if you must leave your house, you must wear a mask. It may be that route for us to go.[/i] I have asked them to start evaluating that. If we must make that law and say everybody that must go out must wear a mask, then, how about those who cannot afford it. Can we make masks locally? Can we get our artisans and our tailors to commit to that with the government supporting? So, those are the type of solutions we are looking for."

He should look quickly and do something instead of talking carelessly like the constipated authority he replaced.

Thinking faculty that doesn’t know the preventive measures to take not to contract the virus. shocked

Thinking governor that thinks making mask locally will be cheaper than from China.

Mask is just N20 on a normal day but he feels people most people cannot afford N20 mask so he wants to start producing locally in the middle of pandemic emergency.

Enough of the false hype. Time is fast running out so he needs to come up with a definite plan. As we speak the state is operating as if there's no governor in place. Life's still going on as if there's no coronavirus, perhaps the ONLY state in Nigeria that is still doing that even when states like Anambra that don't have a single case are being more proactive. If he truly put the people first as you claim he wouldn't have held that infamous rally against better judgement. This sychophancy of the governor needs to end if he's to make progress. He needs to act NOW, enough talk please.

Pls cross check ur facts b4 stating.theres is strict curfew from 7pm to 6am daily,& the task force are doing their best dispersing ppl gathering more than 30.

At a time where W. H. O and other renowned world scientists are still debating on the effectiveness of nose mask...

You better reason it well...

This option should be option B, option A should be lockdown

Does it requires deep thinking to follow without questioning?
Then the governor actually "have" deep thinking.

It is better to keep quiet when you don't understand a concept.
The WHO and CDC advise is to prevent the hoarding of masks, it is a political and not
a piece of medical advice.
No single evidence suggest that masks don't work, that is why doctors use it.

China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan aren't fools to have been enforcing face masks usage.
That is why they are coming up on top.
How about the US?

They are struggling because they can't follow simple medical evidence.
It is all about politics

To understand the WHO harmful recommendation,
Check this link:
https://edition.cnn.com/2020/04/01/asia/coronavirus-mask-messaging-intl-hnk/index.html

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/mar/30/czechs-get-to-work-making-masks-after-government-decree-coronavirus

That said, the governor should not be speculating on health policy on Twitter just like the foolish Trump.
It would have been better that the announcement is done after a decision has been made.

Mask works, stop the disinformation!

where is the sense here? Czec he wants to imitate are equally implementing stay home, but wear mask if you must go out. By the time explosion of the disease happen in oyo, this guy will not take responsibility. He has been issuing populist comments right from campaign time up till now without having ideas how to move the state forward. This guy will end up as the worst governor Oyo State ever had

Not feasible.

China way is the best.
House the suspected cases in an isolated Location.
Treat the sick in an isolated Location
Lastly lock down the city

Results
Suspected cases don't affect the healthy.
They can be sent to hospital or their homes depending on their status.

Mr USA please give us the stats of covid19 in US! Is it not the same stubborn head that has turn US to a country that is now taking aids from Russia? Yoruba elders always pray that may we never be in situation where we will beg for food from our enemy. Abeg stop decieving people. Even President Trump has been humbled. Seyi is able to say all the nonsense he is saying because his state is not in the eye of the storm else he would have been humbled. If he has sense abinitio he would not have had that rally. As a matter of fact he ought to be jailed for endagering peoples'life. radarada!

The UK government initially refused to lockdown by exploring this kind of strategy. It backfired. When they eventually realized their folly and decided to lockdown, the damaged had already been done. Hopefully, this won’t backfire in Oyo State.

Right now you can't tell who has the disease and who does not therefore the best strategy is to impose wearing of masks on everyone!
