So we have HOLY COWS now.

I bemoan those who still use their last strength to garner support for this man.

With issues like this, one is left to wonder if truly there is any government that can bring lasting solution to out woes here on earth.

The answer is a Big, NO.

FamilyRe: I Didnt Like My Dad When I Was A Kid And Still Dont Like Him Now I'm Grown Up by law001(m): 8:08am On May 28, 2016
Airforce1:
So today I took my niece to go play with her mates at Sweet sensation children funfair in my crib..
She was so happy playing with her mates and I on the other side keeping an eye on her got carried away by the thought of not having enough love by that man that called himself my father back in the days as a kid.

I remember my dad beating me up at every slightest provocation even on children's day.

He is a bad man
I remember catching him with a strange woman while momma was away
But he fucking deceived me she was his course mate back in university.

What made me hate him more was the day he flogged me in the presence of my child hood girl friend .
I can't forget that day.
He messed me up so badly that I had to run to momma to ask if that man was actually my father.

I hate him with passion.

Till these present day that I'm grown up , I don't even call him , I don't care about him... I only care about mom because she gave me confidence , showed me love and treat me right .

So to the parents reading my story, you've got to be not just mom and dad to your children , you've got to be friends with them too so they don't go online and write my kind of story about you when they became adults.

Thanks for reading.
Airforce!
Bro, I share similar experience with you... though I didn't see him with another woman.
But I'm sure my dad beat me more than yours did to you... I have scars to prove it.

Right now I don't call my dad... do u you why?
Cause I can't anymore... HE'S GONE.

But few years before he died, I told him my mind.

In my words, "I'm grown up now, I'm an adult now... let me tell you, You hate me, you hated me when I was growing... you don't beat any other person apart from me... even when I was right, you will still beat me up... what did I do to you".

He's eyes where wide open when I was telling him... he was shocked... he gently explained that I was too stubborn and turning evil so he had to correct me.

After that, I told him I've forgiven him and that my mind is now clear and I have nothing against him.

And honestly, our love blossomed until he finally left us.

Bro plz... find a way to discuss with your dad and forgive him...

I just wish I have a dad on earth that can beat me now... at least let me see him again.

To every action, there's an equal reaction.

Maybe they are treating her like shiit and they are getting pisss in return.

Her action is unjustifiable though.

Warning to all those maid-ridden here.

... it shudnt cost 350 if he avoids drops and uses "along" taxis..
I spent 500 per day as a corper from kubwa to Area 11 daily.. ie including bike trips sef
but then isn't 700 on a round trip to work affordable ?
I thought u said 1000 before?
It's normal along in his own case.

But do u know there are places u will work where there is no along in Abuja? And trekking in Suit will seem like a suicide mission?

Oga OP I don't agree with you on transport .
1000 ? is the person using drop/cab.. ? u won't even spend 1000 to and fro nyanya to kwali or zuba to Apo . ..
Abj public transport is way cheaper than alot of cities... Esp Lagos!
Lemme break it down now. My one of my friends served here in Abuja at Wuse 2 and his house was in Mpape. He spends 700 naira per day.

I'll agree that drops are cheaper here in Abuja than most cities in Nigeria.

I did my law school in Kano but I recommend Abuja. Abuja records the highest number of passes at the Bar finals.

Success in your endeavour.

observed the content of your thread and your response so far to issues raised. my background is similar to yours as your experience in Abuja.
I was posted to Abuja for youth service, after the orientation camp, I jettisoned where I was posted and my destiny in my own hands by GOING FROM OFFICE TO OFFICE in a city a hardly know my way around. I will just enter a bus (from NYSC camp house in Kubwa) to Abuja municipal and I would my discretion to drop anywhere along Wuse, central area and Garki to continue my search. fast forward 2016, i own a 3 bedroom, 3 cars, a thriving business, married and govt job. I am sharing my story to serve as an encouragement to someone out there. As a Christian, the bible says 'work and pray'. So many of us 'pray' a lot while discarding the 'work' aspect and we still expect God to bless us. For you to succeed in life, u must preserve, focused, committed, dedicated and trust in only God to BLESSS the works of thy hand (and that my friend is the true 'blessing). happy new month
Congratulations Sir! And thanks for your kind words. I love success stories.

Btw.. I cud manage some of ur properties tho grin.
