BashToks: I was denied on the grounds that
"You have not been able to convince us that you are a bonafide student" which according to vfs is what they say when they have no candid excuse for denying an applicant.
I did everything by the book didn't leave any room for error and yet I got denied at the last minute.
VFS said they got way too many denials for a week or 2 cos they heard a new new immigration officer stepped in to handle applications for 6 weeks.
So bad timing for me and all the other numerous people that got denied during that period I guess.

I have one question for people that have used or are using the online application route though..
Do I need to upload a receipt for tuition payment right from the start or should I wait until the embassy asks me to do that.. cos as it is am due to get my full tuition refund from Seneca college by end of January so I can now use that to pay for my new school.

Well if you are sure there is no concrete reason for your denial u can try online. But is better if u no where they found fault at and do justice to it before re-applying.
just saying on a common sense o, I am on this platform too to learn very well b4 applying, I am yet to b tru with my own too.

BashToks: Hello Fislag I got denied for january 2014 after taking medicals and paying full tuition.
I am planning to reapply tomorrow now for a program in May. I noticed u talkin about online applications. I honestly didn't know its active in Nigeria already.
My medical results are still active for May and that will probably save some 3 to 4 weeks off the normal duration.
Considering all these factors, would u still advise me to go ahead with my normal paper application I want to submit tomorrow or change to online application since I hear its faster.

on what ground will they refuse u after going for medicals? I am thinking it ll likely be on medical ground, I ll suggest u take care of that b4 reapplying. if not u might get the same refusal, unless u know d real reason for ur initial refusal and work on it b4 appying again.

Let's assume all Christians only or all Muslims only ll make heaven, have you thought about if the merciful God ll b happy about the population of the Arab world that are mostly Muslims if u are a christain , the Asia's including the Chinese with over 1.3 billon, which majority are none Christian, and generally all none Christian or none Muslim if you believe Islam is the only way, will be put to everlasting hell fire by a ' mercifully' God.

I am just starting this race fresh. Although I already have my admission letter for September 2014 start date. Pls I need gurus in d house to coach us that is just starting. I need guidance to get the application right Pls.

I got my admission letter and made full payment early October. I have January 2 start date. I was adviced by a friend already studing in Canada that I might be refused based on inadequate time. I had to differ to September 2014. The worst that would ve happened if I applied base on what I am seeing on this trend now would ve been CDHC demanding for a new start date if they are ok with my documents.
successful applicant should Pls tell us what they think helped them out, while the unsuccessful once can also give us their experience too.

Hi all, I ll like to appreciate all those that have been contributing positively to this platform. I realized most people around now are either expecting med or TRV. But can we start looking and advising our selves on this next sets (SEPTEMBER) admissions.
