Accountant. Though the post was at NLNG Ship Management Company Limited. I passed the online test. They invited us to a second test (supervised test) in Port Harcourt. I did not scale through the second test

Exactly. Though, there is this rumour doing the round that a number of EH applicants got email for a SECOND TEST and then INTERVIEW from next week. The 'rumour' was forwarded from GT WhatsApp Group to EH WhatsApp group.

I got an invite for EH aptitude test. The assesament name reads GENERAL ABILITY. Based on the GT test is this how all the assessments read? That is GENERAL ABILITY. Or is there different names for the assessments? If they are different pls what are the modules of the GENERAL ABILITY? E.g Numerical, Indictive etc.

Hahahahahahahahaha....I feel your "frustration". But one week isn't that long though. I'd say hope for the best but prepare for the worst. People waited 4 years between application and offer letter the last time around (that was a complete outlier and I'm not in anyway insinuating that this round of recruiting will take long)

Getting into NLNG is super competitive! Like crazy he'll competitive.You will be in competition with some of the most intelligent people in Nigeria. For EH, heck you'd be competing with people who are even super experienced. So put your best foot forward and bring your A game. It's a wonderful place to work. Definitely the best Naija employer I worked with. But prepare to "fight" for it. There's a lot of talk about nepotism in the recruitment process. But I highly doubt that. Heck I vehemently dispute it. Hiring in NLNG is, in my opinion, based on merit. The company has not survived over 20years by hiring incompetent folks. that one nor mean say man-know-man no help some people, but if it did, these people were already competent and qualified to fill the role.

PS: You WORK HARD in NLNG o. Many people have some misconception that you just go in there and chill. Na lie. You work your but off as it's very super competitive inside

This is very comforting amidst the 'rumours' here and the GT thread that EH has already been completed since January.
