I'm having an issue with a new Note 10 Pro. Mtn seems to send/receive sms messages fine but a new glo sim I put in keeps saying 'can't send message with glo NG, error 10'. The sms center number looks fine.

What do I do?

I am having the same issue with my note 8with my Airtel SIM after I retrieved it,error 10 for over two months.i don call customer care tire. Have you been able to solve yours?
