** Automate followups if you can get hold of a good CRM that's affordable which seems almost impossible thus the need of developers in the industry that can bring about solutions to peculiar problems in the industry.

**Ensure the lander has an easy way to 'Make an Offer' option. (Daaz own seems very cumbersome).

**Close deals as fast as possible and move to the next name.

DAN gave us a deadly blow but we move. I believe a lot of our outbound guys might decide to quit or experience a decline in sales due to the recent changes.

Portfolio size: About 120(Only Geos/EMD about 5).

Outbound type: Manual
Minimum Retail Sale Amount: 100USD.

This year been engrossed with several gbas gbos here & there had little time to concentrate towards the ember months.

We move again, this year. More sales to everyone.

We cannot underestimate the effectiveness of Landers in this business. I've seen several opportunities in the form of problems in this space open to developers from Landers to email marketing CRMs but no time for now let's use the available Landers.

Some Landers that have great potential that matches my strategy DYNaDot, Atom & Daaz but currently using Daaz. Their support don't know how to speak English well and I can see some sales lost. Their 'Make Offer' option is also cumbersome. If DYNaDot can support domain push and they remove that transfer fee on their lander it will be better than Daaz, although Daaz has a lower commission.

Advice to self: emd's has great potential almost sold all of the emds I registered for high $Bleep. You can shoot for the moon occasionally on outbound cause it takes same effort to sell any type of name on outbound either $Bleep, $xxxx or $xxxxx.

There's no way your letter should appear beggy, even if they ghosted after making an offer instead of begging them to pay why not seek or come up with a strategic letter for follow up?

Me wey no get strength for follow ups sef. Before when I began sef if them reply with yeye comment I dey fire them back. Na so one begin beg me, I para for am. Now I just ignore vile replies. Anyone wey quote low ball offer I no dey reply. I no get strength to drag. I remember the good old days end users dey thank outbound domainers, 2020-downwards.

Sales always happen on the next buy. If you've done multiple follows yet no binge just buy the next name and the next name.

If you have like 10 names of which you've done follow ups many times if no sell within that period. Just allow it rest for like 4+ months while getting new ones then do another follow ups, you may sell 1 or 2 out of the 10. Na so outbound dey be.

Never look down on yourself if you dey huzzle for 0.99 promos. Many of the pros today started like that as well. They were opportuned to get cheap deals. Some will now come and talk shit**.

Was listening to Josh co podcast, and this guy a White, one of the pros in the industry says he was just flipping names here and there at whole sale price 50 to 100 to 150 to 250 in 2018 on daily before everything worked out. Founder of Dnwe, a whole sale platform. No be everyone go dey lucky start with 10K USD.

So huzzle for promos shamelessly & sell that name or accept any low ball offer shamelessly if you so wish no let any pressure or standards pressure you.

Can't tell. I haven't tried GBP for Grey. But my last payment was via Grey USD, it arrived the same day money was sent.

Except if GBP can give me more Naira during conversions---that will require another experiment.

This has been discussed multiple times.

Upload your payment invoice for any domain you have sold on Daaz, Afternic etc. Or a screenshot of sales congratulations email. If you can't find your payment invoice you can holla the support.

Geegpay is too expensive...dem like money pass Grey. Small small deductions here & there when converting or paying via card. Grey US works just as fine as Geegpay. I have used both on Daaz, & I received payment same day money was sent on both platforms. So for now, sticking with Grey(US) for Daaz.

U get the gist. For Gmail recipients, don't know of custom mails, 90% email enters spam. Regular Outbounding is hard******* Most of d no sales & drought for geo domainers maybe due to email entering spam.

Spoiler alert: & Tip; those using Gmass or other auto emailing tools that use link tracking/clicks just disable the link 'Tracking' feature cause na big spam alert with big red warning the recipient go receive on Gmail, also for Unsubscribed links. Dont know of other email platforms. Plenty other tips choke.

Reason cause because several people dey use the same link so Gmail spam filtering go see am as SPAM.

If U sell name through outbound jz thank God. Cause mehn!. It is only God.

In my opinion, and also based on years experience, most domains are sold for way too low, there could be a platform that focuses on negotiations as many sellers are "too desperate to sell" so when a low ball offer comes, they jump at it since they have limited skills in negotiations or they think if I lose this deal another won't come.

A marketplace key features like DAN:

Just copy all DAN features. You will be fine. You can work with an experienced Outbounding Domainer & an experienced Brandable/Inbound domainer during the process.

Lastly, if you guyz can do list in one place-sell in multiple places would be great to reduce hassles of multiple listings in some scenerio. Like you can partner with GoDaddy, if a domain is listed on your platform it appears on theirs.

The simplest method to receive payment from Atom, especially for the new comers, is the WISE payout method. This doesn't mean you MUST use a Wise account, It means Atom will transfer your payments using their Wise account to your USD, GBP or EUR bank account. Even if you have a Wise account, you will still have to submit your Wise USD, GBP or EUR bank details to Atom for payment.

Is like u don commit blunder. Read what I wrote first in the procedure.

I said one put/add your Grey/Geegpay(USD) into your Payoneer Account (US) account option.

2. Add/connect your Payoneer to Atom.

3. Withdraw from Atom to Payoneer. It takes few seconds for funds to arrive Payoneer.

4. Withdraw from your Payoneer to Grey/Geegpay etc


Then another boss went on to say you can use WISE for the same process as highlighted above.

I don't know if that's what you did. But just contact the support that you made an error they should reverse the money if you did something else.

Then open a WISE account and follow the procedure above. Or use someone else's Payoneer that they've already charged the 1year annual fee already. And if I r sure that they won't deduct the annual fees from Ur current Payoneer account then u can use it.

Create a Payoneer account first. Then add Grey US or Geegpay US to the bank account withdrawal options in Payoneer.

Now go to Atom and add your Payoneer account by connecting it.

Pls: inquire about Payoneer annual fees whether it affects new account if not them ft charge u 28 you end up with 18 in your Grey.

Grey will do, Grey is Community Bank. Any virtual USD account will do as well. Geegpay is Wells Fargo, the one all Affrobeats artiste dey use for any song related to yahoo. For Geegpay u can use ur Dan payment invoice...for seller or Daaz or your Afternic and as well their respective URLs for seller as your profile URL. Your seller domain page. I think they want to confirm all these so they know u r actually a freelance or earning legitimately.
