I tested a domain name on their lander by trying to buy. I saw a 3% additional fee for checking out.

I've moved all of my non-geo names to Domaineasy lander while listing at Sedo & Afternic (turned boosting off, I don't know wetin dem dey boost) for Reg path.

Brandables to Atom/BB lander.

That 0% commission no be small thing. Make person milk am before them put price. The project looks like DAN. Very soon even Geos will moved as well. Let's see how the project goes.

GoDaddy made the wrong move by killing DAN, because definitely they will lose some customers on DAN Landers to other platforms. With DAN, they dominated the lander space + the extra commission. You can't force me to use a Lander that isn't stable. Sometimes your names would be showing something entirely different from your settings and when prospects want to check out you put extra domain renewals fees of more than 20 on the BIN. I don't know how that's a smart move by their business admins. E go shock them, if they don't make their Landers stable. For non-reg path domain sales I don't mind giving them their extra 25% for their hardwork.

And as for Sawsells lander, I just dey look them, you dey put 3% commission for buyers on checkout as card processing fee. Got everything right but goofed on this** will prospects be willing to pay extra 75 on 3k name.

For those confused about this ACH thing.

It's basically between ACH & International Wire Transfer.

ACH is p2p between two US banks. Less expensive.

International Wire Transfer is expensive uses SWIFT. And can transfer to other banks outside US.

That's why Afternic charge for Wire. But as someone said can tell them you have ACH.

DAN doesn't support transfer to ACH maybe because it's European company and they may not have US account. Reason why funds being they bounce when you use Ur grey, Geegpay US Accnt number cause it was stated explicitly.

As for Daaz, you can see where them say ACH routing. That means you can use Ur virtual us account of grey, Geegpay etc & ego enter. Infact he suppose enter fast since na P2P. Maybe Daaz have a US Accnt.

If you go put your Nigerian dorm that maybe swift international wire he fit bounce for Daaz.

Now that DAN is left to ruin. Some alternatives Landers for low $xyz sales . I'll be updating the thread:

1. Efty

2. Namepros

3. DomainEasy: looks like DAN with zero commission.

4. Daaz: 5% commission. Low budget DAN. But works well. Like you can even hire a broker to help you follow up a lead.

5. Sawsells: 15% commission. Looks very promising. Clean UI. The only problem on checkout buyers have to pay 3% commission if they use credit card on the amount of domain purchases. That is if buyer buys a domain of $3K plus will pay additional $75 if they use credit card.

6. AfterMarket: Looks promising as hell. They acquired domain/Io and they will offer all those features in domain/io for free. Their commission rate seems to be 10%. UI looks clean as well.

7. Atom: 7% commission. Innovative & comes with several options.

Open to corrections, additions and further inputs.

Sapiosexuality:
The solution is to remove everything in the classification page if it's possible.

Remove Root Words, Possible Uses, Domain Characteristics and Related Keywords. The admins should be able to point one to where to remove the auto generated ai tags.

Another dope lander is Sawsells, moved several domains to there too. Lander looks great. Better than Daaz. Fast and leaves a trust worthy impression. The only wahala they have a 3% checkout charge for Buyers on cards.

For Atom lander, anyone that have been able to make it simple looking as DAN without all the redirect should post the lander pix.

Would ACH work for grey GBP or Nigerian Dom

ACH is a type of network transfer protocol like p2p between US bank. A communication system between US Bank.

I don't think it would work with Nigerian dorm banks except you will enquire from support and that is if somehow the bank has a branch or affiliation with the said US bank.

As for Grey GPB na pounds sterling..ACH na for dollar.

Get Geegpay USD or Grey USD.

But where tha wahala go come na when Payment processor chop their own.. that's where ACH checkout comes in has someone had earlier posted on the thread.

that's d work I just did today, moved about 77 Geos to Daaz the remaining 30 something to Afternic & 1 to Atom.

Make I dey do experiments and tinker before choosing one.

Daaz is the closest to DAN. Fast & simplistic. The only wahala I see it's the UI doesn't look Trust worthy enough. But I think would be a good one for those end users that find it difficult to pay 100. Have had several end users try to negotiate for just 10 dollar difference. Can see how meticulous they are. Imagine them going over Afternic and Afternic takes them to GoDaddy checkout & theyr slammed about 20+ ontop their BIN.

Great post. Can you share us an example of your Atom lander of one of your Geo listings by blurring the domain..I tried Atom and there are too many links and clicks that could distract the end user from clicking...if there's a way to make it as minimalistic as DAN or Afternic landing page.

The demerit of Afternic for small sales of $3fig is lack of push & when buyer wants to check out they add $22.17 renewal untop the BIN+Tax, most small buyers will not want to buy as you have already stated the BIN price for them. While Atoms lander is just choked with many redirects.

For the ones I hand reg with dynadot, you will still get a message to opt in but if I don't get that message, I tend to delete my listing in Afternic after 60days and list again,then the message for fast transfer comes in fast.

My advice: when you sell a domain for 1k, do not take profit, go to the Aftermarket and get a good domain and price well and wait.

Quick one pls, when one purchases an aged Aftermarket domain with GoDaddy as holding the domain(registrar) how do one enable the 'FastTransfer' & 'SedoMLS' options on GoDaddy. What lander works best for you(MO, LTO+MO, BIN etc) & some examples of Aftermarkets to look into and cost implications. Thank you.

SAV+DAN is one deadly combo... owning to how fast the domain transfer process is. Has Auto transfer.

Here's to one of the most underrated feature/strategy in $3fig Geo outbounding that has given me consistent results cause my STR is upto 50%+. I simply avoid registering other variants already listed by other domainers by typing into the search and sifting through the results. The more unique your end users and the more anyone hasn't reached out to them currently the more probability of a sale.

But if your strategy is inbound with higher bin price($4fig) no need of this just get the best of the variants and allow domainers to do the work for you. Ahaaaaa!.

The so called afternic doesn't provide insight about Domains listed on it. No recently viewed, no where upload a logo , no traffic map like that of dan. Just kind of below par.

And no domain push. I think the best option is to setup Atom lander which has push and I think self brokering. And list also on Afternic directly or through Atom and in both cases if domain sells at Afternic they eat almost 30+ percent of your sales.

They do have the option. You can activate both BIN and Make Offer on your ATOM landing page. Go to your account settings to get it done.

@Learner47 In my own case, I used an account provided by Payoneer. Grey only introduced USD account that can receive ACH around the end of last year. But I guess their account should work as well since you have the routing information.

Apart from the Afternic payout fee, I only need to pay 1% to Payoneer for receiving money into the bank account they issued me - similar fee applies with Grey.

I remember stating here in the past, at least once, that I received payment via ACH from Afternic and that I only had to contact support to request for that option. But it doesn't seem anyone actually did that after the said post(s).
