OP, although this guy is your friend, he doesn't owe you anything. It's harsh but it's the truth. The reason you are disappointed is that you had an expectation of how he would let you stay in his accommodation and that expectation was not met. Just because you would've let him stay at your place doesn't mean he's willing to do the same for you.

OP, I would take this as a lesson and either cancel the trip so you can save up more money or just stay at a hotel. In the future, start keeping this friend at arm's length. Reciprocate the same energy if this vibe he's giving you continues. Maybe his time in your life is coming to a close.

So I happen to travel to a city . I told one of my old time friends that I will stay with him for a week plus sha trying to save hotel cost.He said he will be travelling to see his fiancé but I can come sha. In my mind I am like ok he will just let me stay for the few days he will not be in. Since I will be leaving next week. Anyways sha he has told me already this evening that he will be travelling tomorrow how I wan take do am, I was shocked, and confused wanted to tell him I will stay until he is back, but I could figure he was trying to tell me I can’t be there, and to keep my lil Ego So I said I will look for hotel. Hoping he will say I can stay but my guy dey even give me hotel options. I buy food to eat as wellI, cos I don’t wanna be a pest. the money I have aint much for hotel for my remaining days in this city but we move sha. Lol just shocked cos I know if he was in my shoes I will tell him to stay until I am back. It’s a 2 bedroom flat so I am not in his space at all. We rented house together in our uni days so na my padi wey i believe suppose reason the matter well. I suppose vex na or it is only normal for me to leave the house?

I am going to make this as brief as possible. I have noticed a trend with the reputation Nigerians seem to have with other Africans. I am currently dating a girl from Zimbabwe and we both are resident in England. The day I asked her out, she was initially a bit skeptical and told me her father had told her to avoid ending up with a Nigerian, I asked her why and she told me she had no idea.

We started dating and I began to get an idea of the reputation we had, obviously she was scared I had a wife and some kids back in Nigeria, I had to convince her that this was not the case and that I genuinely liked her.

It’s not all bad though, obviously we also have a reputation of being smooth talkers, she told me that we Nigerians have a way with words and that can make us irresistible at times. Who else has experienced this?

Cos Some Nigerians are craps in the dating game. I once went to my south African friend house . He was dating a white Lithuanian girl. The girl was scared of me before, as she married a Nigerian guy and the Nigerian guy beat the hell out of her she has scars on her head. Hence she gets scared of Nigerians But eventually she loved me and her Kids did too. Fast forward she dated my S.A guy and we became cool when she saw I was different . When I went to their house her mom saw me and when they told her I was Nigerian You need to see the horror in her momma face . I had to change the narrative that there are cool Nigerians out there. So some Nigerian men especially those benin men can be something else

Google Big brother Australia and why it was stopped. Tv rating is acceptance of a show. A particular season works on ratings. When the rating is low it will die a natural death as people don’t look forward to watching it again. Many uncontinued shows like tv series e.g legend of the seeker was stopped because of the rating. Hence no further season engaged. I can bet the calamity of this season , the ratings has dropped. If Pere was evicted it would even drop further.. biggie only tried to save face by doing a top 6 because of the backlash.

Biggie had no choice than to bring both back. After the backlash. The ratings definitely dropped . This season is rubbish.
