Me as the Landlord, before the cost is allocated to each tenant of the property.

1. Land Use Charge for 3 years (Addressed to Me and the said property)
2. Utility Bills (Addressed to Me and the said property)
3. Copies of Annual rent receipts issued to Mr A . and Mrs. B
