Legalworld.....ur advice is needed here,............bro keep hope alive cos it lingers on

You said that the case is already in court, there's nothing you can do now except to pray for speedy prosecution for him (accelerated hearing).

It is understandable why your dad cannot be bailed now. Murder is not a bailable offence because the punishment is capital punishment.

For the prosecution (Department of Public Prosecutions) to have filed an information in the court against your dad, it means that they must have likely established a prima facie evidence of murder against him, except of course someone took bribe.

If you are very sure that your dad is innocent, I would advise you to write a formal letter to the Attorney General of the Federation, copying the Attorney General of your state and the Chief Justice of the Federation to review the instant casefile and the legal advice submitted to the Police by the Director of Public Prosecutions of your State Ministry of Justice.

Also go to the National Human Rights Commission and state your case. They can help you in the area of breach of fundamental human rights.

Also go to the media. Let Newspapers publish the story stating how your dad was framed up. You can copy bloggers to publicise it online too. Public opinion is very strong. (This is not entirely right as the case is already in court but I have seen where it is done before).

Most importantly, you should go to the Legal Aid Council located at the Federal Secretariat in your state so that they can defend your dad free of charge (pro bono).

If your dad is really innocent and you do everything I stated above, trust me it won't be long before justice will prevail.

God help you out.

Crime / Re: Exclusive: Sister Of Late Doctor Killed In Accident Caused By Ibinabo Fiberesima by legalworld(f): 10:28am On Mar 16, 2016
Ibinabo's lawyers didn't advise her well.

She should have shown her remorse openly by making an open apology like the deceased' sister advised.

She should have also mellowed down a bit.

I pray God shows her mercy.
Romance / Re: Ladies Come And Answer This Question by legalworld(f): 10:15am On Mar 16, 2016
The way you value the diamond is the same way she values the food. Only the romantic will understand.

Decker:

You can't compare a diamond wrist watch with a poorly cooked food. The diamond watch is encrusted with real diamonds and it cost lots of money, it's perfectly appealing. A man would only reject your food if it doesn't taste good and it's not appealing enough.

So since the man bought the best wristwatch for you, you should prepare him the best meal.
Romance / Re: Ladies Come And Answer This Question by legalworld(f): 10:01am On Mar 16, 2016
When a lady goes to the market to buy foodstuffs, takes her time to cook and you don't eat it she would feel bad.

Please only eat the food of someone you trust. Thanks.

Nova15:

Food and diamond wrist watch? Pls tell ne how they relate? undecided

Until those godfathers are arrested and prosecuted, there may not be an end to this menace.

Romance / Re: Why Do I Look Sick? I Eat Five Times A Day by legalworld(f): 8:29am On Mar 16, 2016
Start taking a warm glass of milk every morning.

Also eat one or two pieces of banana every other day.

Make sure your food is not overly cooked.

Buy vitamin tablets and take them daily.

If you are the type that excrete immediately after each meal you need to consult a Medical Doctor to stop that.

Above all, eradicate all forms of bitterness from your life. Be cheerful always. Jesus loves you.

Cheers.

How would you feel if you buy a diamond wrist watch for your lady and she gives it out without using it?

No need for the outbursts.
Let the voters voluntarily decide who to vote for, after all they are all adults (18 and above) and therefore have attained the age of reasoning.
