well, there's electricity in hostels and classes because the school power generator powers both the street lights and classroom lights and its a norm in MOUAU for the SUG director of welfare to fix bulbs in classes during exam period.

I don't know any Nigerian University that is tolerant to examination malpactrice. Even though there are lecturers in almost all universities willing to exchange money for marks most universities frown at examination malpractice. However, I find it disturbing that Students would be reading on the Streets like this. This could certainly mean there isn't electricity in d Hostels or Classrooms.... It shouldn't be.
