Some rigid reasons I think no one will be punished or litigates over religion practice in hereafter:

Albeit, I am a Muslim but what we called "a humanity" is a state of conscience whereas, you thinks of what is right to what is wrong. However, I'm not in position of judging but the almighty God wherein, I only brings forth my own personal regards upon this uphold topic.
Below are my enuciations:
1. Been created without our knowledge: although we might be the one whom decides our destination on Earth in heaven as some people usually analyses but to what parents or family, I think that is blur in our mind of explanation.
2. Parent (s) religionship:
It's written in the holy books that a child must not defy or disobey his/her parents if that same child seeks God's blessings and forgiveness on Earth or hereafter.
Ergo, if we encountered our parents immersed in a particular lucid religionship not shirk and heard some people criticizing that same religion as a way of jiggery-pokery believe or false worshipping.
As a filial child to his/her parents do we have to devastates God's commandment upon being loyal to one's parents by converting to a religion of which they doesn't support?
3. God decision: in my own personal believes or my role of etiquettes.
I think God knows the best (both hidden and exposed) as HE blessed each head with its own personal religion as a way of worshipping him. Perhaps, we aren't meant to decide but HIM.
4. Both christians and Muslims worships but the same God:
We all worships only one God, just our ways of worshipping HIM differs:
Muslims worships Allah and makes His prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) an easiest way of asking favours from their God having it in their beliefs that Allah loves him most while, christians also holds Jesus as a prophet or a son of thier God having it in their beliefs as a person that can seeks God's blessings for them.

So are we to be punished or litigates upon religion issue?
