Politics › Re: Again, Court Summons Emefiele Over $53m Judgment Debt by LeoDeKing:
One of the things Nigerians will not forgive Tinubu for is if this bald headed vulture is allowed to go free despite the unnecessary hardship he subjected Nigerians to.

Anyway, I have the feeling a very delicious meal is being prepared for him. He will be served when the meal is ready. The revisit of this $53 million case might just be invitation to witness garnishing of the meal.

Nigerians are watching.
Politics › Re: Fuel Subsidy Is Organised Crime, Should Be Removed — Peter Obi Backs Tinubu by LeoDeKing: 6:29pm On Jun 06, 2023
Someone up there already eating his vomitous since Peter Obi has thrown his weight behind the subsidy removal as he had stated during campaign.

Till this moment, their explanation has always been that Peter Obi would have cushioned the effect before removal, but ask them where Peter Obi said so, they will rather insult you down to your forefathers.

Someone said fuel subsidy will be removed immediately from day one, but they are explaining to us that the word "immediately" means "provisions and plans while removing subsidy".

Now that Peter Obi has shown his support for the subsidy removal, will rodents and nematodes continue asking if Tinubu supporters are queuing for N500 per liter of fuel or they will find another face-saving explanation?

Let's wait and see. 🤞

What is the relevance of your message to context of what I presented? Are you sure you are the one that did your WAEC English or you gave it out to machinery? If you did comprehension and understood properly, it should have helped you in understanding my message to the context. Go and ask pastors that did to get answer or ask MURIC why they carried muslim-muslim for head. The context of my message and the picture I am trying to paint here defer; it has no religion colouration. And my antenna is not picking signal from religion colouration you are trying to paint at moment. Re-tune to it when it does or when you see me raising that kind of thread
Just imagine who is asking if I wrote English SSCE myself. Man, let me tell you the truth, your Use of English is very poor, stop deceiving yourself.

What you conjured up here is not English. It is gibberish, go and find out.
Politics › Re: FG And NLC, TUC have signed an Agreement To Stop Strike - Festus Keyamo by LeoDeKing:
Tinubu made a promise: He said, the era of protracted strike is gone and gone for good. JOHESU and NLC have both shelved their planned civil disobedience. That is Tinubu for you.

1. Politics - The difference between Tinubu and them is just like the difference between a professor and nursery 2 pupils.

2. Leadership - Tinubu is to Lagos what Peter Obi is to Anambra.

3. Resourcefulness - The difference between Tinubu and them is just like the difference between Albert Einstein and SS1 Physics students.

I still can't wrap my head around how a complete failure suddenly became the messiah that will take Nigerians out of poverty.

This is the clown whose 8 year stewardship as a governor is laced with excuses everywhere. Just imagine the incompetent empty headed half baked Philosophy graduate explaining the reason for a 12 calendar month strike by doctors in his useless administration.

Politics › Re: NLC, TUC Suspend Planned Strike by LeoDeKing:
Is a promise by Tinubu, the era of protracted strike in Nigeria is gone. Under the moustache of one effeminate voice clown, medical doctors went on strike for 13 complete months.

As far as Nigerian politics is concerned today, Tinubu is the champion.

I'm not exaggerating, the combination of Atiku and Peter Obi are not qualified to run errand for Tinubu in the world of politics.

BabaRamota1980:
I dont believe any level of govt can operate successfully in the absence of some subsidy in the economy. They are proposing removing fuel subsidy but projecting that wage increase will help cushion the consequential fall out in commodity and service pricing. This is a net-zero effect. Like you said, an orbital programme from one administration to another.

What is going on around the world is societies are moving away from combustion engines. Many municipalities encourage this by taxing sales of combustion vehicles and habits. To gain from that, employers sign to a protocol of responsible custodians by implementing commuter transportation into benefit packages. Another option is workspace hub. There is also programmes to reward physical fitness, and so they make it affordable and accessible to ride bicycles to and from work.

The has been increase in number of people in different age groups that will just slump and die. Those that survive end up with irreversible stroke conditions. Few years ago, President Tinubu lost his son, Deji in similar way. So we need a keep fit regimen for our civil servants, students, private sector workers, teachers, and so on. So this would need govt creating access and safety for cyclists to share road with automobiles, with severe penalties and enforcement for violators. Like BRT lanes in Lagos, govt can create bike lanes.

Similarly, zones should be encouraged to develop intra-commuter rail as an extension, and link to metro rail network. This will help decongest cities and provide options for working class citizens.

Our society have a lot of service industry. Typically, except sales, marketing where you need physical face to face interaction with customer, most service can be provided remotely. So there should be sharespace office hubs. This is a imperative on private sector, does not need govt intervention to take off.

The subsidy needs to be removed, and no need to increase wages to offset, but changes I outlined above are helpful in changing habits and mindset about self responsibility towards an improved society overall.
I love this.
Career › Re: ‘I Rely On Sex Work To Survive,’ - Policewoman by LeoDeKing: 11:57am On Jun 05, 2023
What nonsense is this happening in high places?

Shouldn't they have resolved on whose power it is to recruit before embarking on the recruitment exercise?

Now they have recruited and trained 10,000 able bodied young boys and girls, to pay them na wahala.

Both the IG and chairman of PSC should be pushed out and get these young recruit paid without further delay.

They can go settle their personal beef outside the system, not constituting nuisance in it.

gidgiddy:
This talk about "baby factory" is something the Lagos/ Ibadan expressway media have been using for a long time to denigrate people, especially Igbos

The truth however is that thousands of young girls, nationwide, fall victim to unwanted pregnancy every year. Girls that their husbands, boyfriends or even casual acquaintances have abandoned and ran away.

In such situations, the girl can either terminate the pregnancy or carry it to full term. If she decides to carry it to full term, chances are that she may be ostracised by her family and community, or simply has no support. Nigeria has no support system for such women

The girl will eventually have no choice but to go somewhere where someone will offer to take care of her and pregnancy, even if the price is dire

There's nothing like baby factory, there's only those exploiting would be single mothers

Politics › Re: Tinubu Has Solution For Impact Of Subsidy Removal, Says Oshiomhole (Video) by LeoDeKing: 12:21am On Jun 05, 2023
It appears the only solution to this issue of fuel subsidy removal is increase in wages.

But when wages are increased, prices of commodities will respond in the usual language which in effect dampens the increase in wages.

NLC will then start negotiating for another salary increase and if govt obliged again, the cycle is repeated.

We expect govt officials to be resourceful rather than simply following popular demands for wage increase as that will in effect portray them as just empty opportunists struggling to just control the resources.

Get experts in relevant fields to address this issue, I don't subscribe to increase in wages.

Apparently, the criminal bokoharam terrorists have been dislodged from their base in the North East and a handful number of them were also killed.

The few ones that escaped alive are scattered all over the North currently operating as armed bandits and kidnappers.

Unlike the mother organisation, these splinter groups operate with stealth and mostly leave no trace, making their directions and locations extremely difficult to track.

But if security agencies are really worth their names, getting those bastards wouldn't still be as difficult as it appears to laymen in the security business.
Politics › Re: Dele Momodu: An "Idan Of Politics", A Man Guided By His Personal Conviction by LeoDeKing: 9:41pm On Jun 04, 2023

All I know is that Tinubu is not lilly livered.

Fuel subsidy is gone and gone for good.

Suggest reasonable mitigation to the president come to a common point.

N40B daily for subsidy is crazy. More crazy is the fact that Nigerians actually benefit less than 10% of that amount. 90% belong to criminals involved in the subsidy.

Imagine, Ghana, Niger and Benin already crying over the removal, what nonsense?

Crimes like this are the handwork of few criminals in the east. And as we all know, every tribe has its own fair share of criminals.

Social media comments can go a long way in addressing some of these social ills, so I urge everyone to profer solutions to some of these practices rather than stereotyping a particular ethnicity.

So the government cannot provide this palliatives first, increase minimum wage and ensure that it is implemented before engaging in this thoughtless subsidy removal.
Whichever way the govt does it, you will still complain. So govt is no longer interested in that shit again. They simply do it the way they deem it best for them, because no matter the matter, you must complain. So no point.
