The US placed those nuclear warheads in Turkey during the Cuba missile crisis of 1962, this was done in response to the Soviet nukes mounted in Havana. don’t be ignorant... the Igbo speaking part of delta is sub-divided into three ethnicity (Aniocha, Ika and Ukwuani) that’s why urhobo was pined as largest ethnic group...
