on xos, can't make call in noisy places, cos of low phone call volume. Dolby Atmos helped with loud speaker and earphones for music and movies but not calls. On cm12.1. The usual bugs FM radio Bluetooth, the version I'm using supports otg ,that's why I'm using it. Also read my post on Xda dualboot patcher thread

where did you download from, the one I downloaded no gree flash,bootloop all the way, Tried every trick in the book. It still ddnt boot

About the sound bug you talked about I've seen it. The ROM worked fine for me without sound bug when I first installed the rom. I later decided to flash stock ROM(system) then reinstall the ROM but to my surprise bugs appeared including sound bug.

I'm currently on 5.1 XUI + Xposed installed and its cool with some modules I installed. You can modify almost every thing in the ROM.

More modules to explore soon.

maybe it failled. No OS means nothing on system partition.
- Try unchecking IMEI when restoring.
- check mount (system)

backup must contain system file. It's the bulk of the backup

I had that issue of downgrading but after Resoring my stock lollipop 5.1 Rom backup on Twrp recovery it fixed downgrading.

my own stock 5.1backup is telling me no os installed after successfully flashing. I think it can only be solved with infinix flash tool

Resore stock TWRP backup first before downgrading.
Try any of the port MM. XOS is still better. Camera is good. Google camera app is also included. just try out d Camera modes and tune

its my twrp backup im talking about, i even downloaded my previous custom rom. Still refuse to boot. Was not impressed by Xos cam. If not i would be on that rom. But i think its different bugs to different phones. And most annoyingly i call hear call well because of the low audio even with earpiece

Followed this same procedure. NO sound issues.

my phone sef no gree downgrade back to 5.1,im currently on cm13 now. My audio sound is a bit louder tanks to dolby atmos but the vol is nothing compared to my previous rom. [this cm13 ram mangement is bad im using 2gb ram version ]what other marshmallow rom can u reccomend that is good. Can go back to Xos cos the camera is horrific

1. Did you experience this in the first port or 2nd port version?
2. Wch partition table did you install over?

2nd port. 4 A1partition table. Since I was on infinix partition table i switched the meta. Inf with the one uploaded for infinix partition table

That is not the ROM the setup is to be used for. What you have there is the version ported by "pharaohs team" and not mysteryaga. To flash that version you have to flash back to Androidone ROM.

There are 2 ported versions.

the speaker audio for this xos ROM is horrible,how can one fix this

There is a workaround if you want to flash this ROM on Infinix partition table.

I changed the mount point to android one partition table because majority of users on facebook asked me to do that.

Anyway, here are the steps once more:
1- Extract the rom zip.
2- go to META-Inf/com/google/android/
3- open updater-script with notepad++
4- Now change the following lines from this:

mount("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p23", "/system";

to this:

mount("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p18", "/system";

And the following line (it is for Logo) you can remove it and deleted logo.bin that was present in rom zip as it is not important
or change it from this:

package_extract_file("logo.bin", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p10";

to this:

package_extract_file("logo.bin", "/dev/block/platform/mtk-msdc.0/by-name/logo";

As you can notice that the latter does not has "mmcblk0p" and look different from the other lines, it is because I do not know the logo block on infinix partition table, however this line should work without any problem.
5- Save the updater-script after you finish.
6- Zip the rom again and flash it.

Yea. V2 is out but he uploaded it based on Androidone partition table. V2 contains more fix than that attachment fix.

Just because I don't want to post false info
In my previous fix I said that Hot 4 kernel booted on hot 2, that's mean that if Hot 4 kernel support OTG we gonna have that features.
But unfortunately I was mistaken, the scenario is as the following and it is a lil bit funny; since I'm travelling I don't have Hot 4 firmware with me, so I asked bro @Mazen Yasser to upload original Hot 4 boot.img for me (I wanted to upload fixed kernel with LED and fonts support), after that I thought I may try to flash hot 4 kernel and root the rom then restore back my ported kernel, Altough I know this won't work, but nothing I gonna lose.. And I was very surprised to find that hot 4 kernel booted on my hot 2! This is really uncommon and never happened before! I tried to flash root on this kernel and it worked (Btw I'm using version 2 of the rom, it is fixed and kernel wasn't the issue as I thought).
I became so excited and happy believing that hot 4 kernel boots and it is rootable xD until I discovered that Mazen didn't give me the boot.img from original hot 4 firmware, he uploaded my ported kernel from my ported XOS! Which is actually Android one MM kernel *Facepalm*

First of all, sorry guys for giving you false hope about USB OTG.

Second, all other fixes announced will be present in version two of the rom, so nothing to worry about.

I'm just posting this because I do not like to lose credibility, and I do not like to post wrong information.

so are you saing the rom is rootable but no otg. I have the xos version 1,and the bug fix of 7.4mb.do i still need to flash v2 to achieve root. Data is scarce now adays
