truth be told he has massively transformed owerri. He has built interconnecting roads were there were none before. he has implemented urbanization of owerri, making it beautiful compared to the years under PDP. he has also undergone the relocation of the markets within owerri municipal, the first to ever do this in the aim or modernizing the state capital. He has improved the school buildings in most of the local government areas in the state.
compared to the decadence that occurred in the state under the PDP tenure, he has done very well.

on the other hand
1. he tampered with the salary of the state civil servants. as long as you beautify the building but make the occupants to suffer and make them go hungry, they will never be happy with you.
2. nepotism; his family members and close associates are known to own lands and titles and undue benefits
3. his unfair treatment of retirees who sufferred for the state by paying them with dud cheques that keep bouncing. he will say that he has paid the retirees, this is true in the sense that he has goven them checks. however, when they try to withdraw from the account they will be told there is no money in the account and they should check back later.
4. the improvement of the state capital does not extend to other parts of the state. for example he introduced cabs that replaced kekes and called them TAXIMO ( IMO being for the whole state) but restricted the cabs to the state capital. should have been TAXIOWERRI.
5. He's manifesto while campaigning for second term was JOBS JOBS JOBS and INDUSTRY INDUSTRY INDUSTRY. unfortunately, no new investor has established any new industry in the state. a lot of youths are without jobs and are hungry.
6. misplaced propriety: Statues and a new ministry of happiness when the money would have been utilized for better projects.
7. White elephant projects; derelict projects can be seen in the state such as the 27 General hospitals and Gates as well as roads which he told people to build. many people borrowed money to do such projects for the state which they never received a dime for.
8. non coordination of projects; he forced markets to relocate without the full completion of such markets. most are still under construction.

What is currently there is just 25% of the total course.

I Recorded the first version of the course and it was 6.5 hours long which I sold for 10k to nigerian audience.

So I'm now on the second version which I want to get the reactions of oyinbos. So I recorded 25% and put it other there to get reviews so that I would be able to do it better.

So I have got great reviews and criticisms majority of being my spoken english and that it looked like i was reading the first 4 lectures.

So I have decided to do it all over. I have started replanning, so I hope to record from scratch and apply the feedbacks from you guys and re-upload.

Since you are in already of course you have life time access to the tutorials.

1. i like your method of explanation, especially how you started about the advantages of bots and examples of bots on facebooks ( thats were i am right now).

2. you are very knowledgeable about bots and you take your time to explain it very well for beginners like me which is also a plus for you.

3. but in the first video it was obvious you were reading from a document. it wasn't so natural like from lecture three when you got into the teaching proper and the psssion started showing.

4. you have very good material and did your research well but could you get someone to do the explaining for you? remember that people can do a preview of your first couple of videos and your voice might be a turn off for them.

will finish the course today but so far i love what i have seen so far and it's much more detailed compared to other courses on the same topic.
i wish you more grease to your elbows.

Fact is that every State has many bad roads but what makes the difference is attempt to address as much as possible. Amaraku is wearing a better look now and a brand new market is under construction to replace the rickety old Orie Amaraku. Okorocha has built dozens of rural markets without noise. No Governor in history can challenge Okorocha by 30% in terms of projects. His wife has built over 120 houses for widows and just like her husband no past 1st lady in history can even lay claim to building only 30 houses for widows.

How sure are you, have you confirmed from the right source or you are reading from the pages of newspaper and media forums. Be constructive when you are criticising.

Rocha's has done extremely well in imo state and is not owing as people has politicised.

just this morning on Hot.Fm a pastor called in and complained that his mother was given a two months arrears check that bounce. the guy was practically crying.
just last week the chairman of the the retirees came on the air and told everyone about most of the checks they were issued that bouced.
he even told a story of a retiree that died holding id dud check.

Also, say Roaches has done very well in Owerri, not imo state. he only believes in owerri, other aspects of the state are not feeling him.

the picture below is MCC road, at the junction to Prefab about 3 months ago. that river is actually a big gully at the side of the road. the flood was so bad that it shifted my car.
the gully along MCC road is still there.

it's really not like that. don't mind the OP, he's jealous of Anambra. I'm from Imo state and I'm proud of Anambra, a place were if you throw a hypothetical stone at Nnewi, it would hit 2 or 3 companies before it touches the ground. A state where the people checkmate their governor to do the right thing at the right time. development occurs constantly unlike in OWERRI were face llift only occurs in December when people would come back for Christmas. In Anambra, you can drive to interior villages and still have good roads unlike in Imo state were good roads are centered in the capital.
