RomanceRe: What Do Ladies Bring Into A Relationship? by leoshouse(m): 10:23am On Apr 20, 2017
pocohantas:
Why will ladies answer, when they know the aim of the thread?
One is even saying what the lady offers can be offered by any other lady, what do you guys offer that you have monopoly over?

Is it prick? Na only you get prick? Some guys own na bazooka...
Lots of ladies are even embracing dildos recently.
Is it money? You be Otedola? intelligence? Are you Zuckerberg?
You feel because you attach "m" to your NL username, you're automatically relevant and infallible?

Every time, what do ladies bring in a relationship. If it were a lady asking this useless question, all these boys will pounce on the thread telling her to leave fucboys! If the women in your lives are bringing nothing, change your circle or change yourself... maybe you deserve nothing.

Haba! Make una leave woman matter and hustle small na, since you guys have concluded women like money. All the topics for Romance section front-page na woman matter. Why so obsessed with us?

If ladies bring nothing, date yourselves na. Or date yam!even goat!

Some of you guys in this section have brain powers in negatives, you go about deriding females with the usual olosho, ashawo and wide toto insults. The only section you guys are relevant is this section because you can easily form a team to cyberbully ladies.

No stupid prick should quote me o...
In short, go and ask your mothers.
Okay so I am gonna quote you.

Have you ever wondered why guys will now comfortably pay loads for the so called "oloshos"? Why there are now so many "oloshos" or "side chicks"?

and trust me, you are right, it's not the money or the sexgame (prick), a lady can get that from any random man too. I mean after all, we are not the people you mentioned anyway!

I try to be neutral on these issues, but it is becoming a major problem (worldwide). Guy now prefer to not be emotionally committed (distracted), shouldn't there be a reason for that?

I gave him all what he desired in a lady,i encourage him wen he is down,i make him happy always ,i maintained a good relationship with his parents ,sibling, and the sibling fiancee too and lastly,i always pray for him.
No disrespect Sis, but have you wondered if he could easily get these things you listed from any other RANDOM lady?

Okay so you are lucky you have a good guy. Lets take a look at an average Nigerian guy, trust me, any girl can offer what you listed.

I think the problem is ladies are in an industry where their "substitutes" offers better package and these ladies don't try to upgrade or get better.

No lady has still answered the OP's question!!

RomanceRe: Woman Shaves Off Her Husband ' S Beard At Night..see What Happened Next (photo) by leoshouse(m): 10:46am On Apr 09, 2017
Okay so, about the whole "Men will always cheat" thing.

Lately, that internet has been flooded with stories of infidelity among men (married or not). Now, I am not in anyway in support of infidelity, but I think the whole "Men will always cheat" thing is a distraction from the real problem. It's just as bad as saying men will always change their beloved gadgets (phone or games etc), we all know how faithful a guy can be to his gadgets.

In my opinion, I think the real problem is "what does a lady/woman (in this generation) really offer". Now before we go on to talk about our "mothers" and what they offered our fathers, compare how many of our fathers that were unfaithful to our "mothers".

I think until (the New Generation) lady/woman can carefully answer the "What do I have to offer this man/guy" question, then there will be a significant change.

The issue of what does a guy/man offer is obviously not a question.

Ps: If all you offer is sex and give him kids and give him a chance at marriage, trust me, he can get it from any woman. That is FACT for you to consider!! This same is applicable to the reverse question "Why do some ladies prefer not to get married?"

Hint: No guy will go looking for another gadget, until his appears outdated and stops updating and upgrading or stops meeting the level of satisfaction for which it was initially meant to meet. I wouldn't consider buying an IPhone 7 if my 4 could be updated to IOS 10, neither will i consider a PS 4, if my Nintendo could perform the same function.

Note that I do not in any way compare a lady/woman to a gadget. I only speak of the reasons behind this social issue of cheating men. Ladies/women mean more to guys/men than they know. You are our world!
PhonesRe: MTN 4G LTE - The Biggest Scam Of The Century by leoshouse(m): 3:09pm On Mar 28, 2017

Not true... something is wrong somewhere..... I'm using their mifi as well and their 2k for 7gb serve me well for at least 3weeks on moderate browsing and downloading.... how come your own is different

To me .,..MTN is bae
Kindly note the usage difference between "not true" and "I don't believe" going forward, no one has the time to come and start writing about MTN just for the fun of it.

I spent about 20 mins at an MTN store trying to upgrade my sim to 4g, subscribed for 3.5gb with 2k and I got the 10k imaginary airtime bonus. After browsing for less than 2 hours, I had a balance of 1.9 gb. I wasn't bothered tho, I felt maybe my system update was on (which wasn't).

Then I tried making a call off the bonus only to realise 10k airtime was gone. I called cc and they told me i browsed with 10k (plus 1.6 gb) in less than 2 hours. Told her to f**k off!!

Jobs/VacanciesRe: 7 Major Reasons Why Nigerian Fresh Graduate Find It Hard To Get A Job by leoshouse(m): 5:06am On Mar 13, 2017
kinibigdeal:
Anyone who has searched for a job fresh out of college knows how difficult it is to get that first job. Sending out hundreds of resumes, only to get a few interviews in the end --if you’re lucky! -- and eventually a job, if you’re very lucky. Worse, the job may not require the skills accumulated in the varsities. The reasons but not limited to are-

1. Little or no work experience.
Many fresh graduates make the grave mistake of assuming that their degree alone will qualify them for a job. They spend their university years just getting by, partying, and essentially, wasting their time. The result is they get stuck ; they have no job experience, yet all the jobs out there require it if you want to apply. So they can’t get a job because they have no experience and in order to get a job, they need a job for work experience, but they can’t get a job without work experience and the cycle viciously continues.

2. No skills
You have to be good at something (aka skills) in order to contribute something of value to a company. People with computer skills (or at the very least computer proficient) will always be in high demand. Learning these types of technological skills will always be in your best interest because companies leverage technology in their offices in order to be more efficient, and if you can integrate well with that, you’ve got something good going for you.

3. Lack of networking

Many people get jobs through referrals. Statistics show the majority of people get their jobs this way. The reason why word of mouth is so effective is because it cuts through all the worry of whether or not this person can do the job. If somebody has been working for a company for some time, then that employee knows what it takes to succeed, and if that employee knows somebody who can do it, it’s an easy fit. The employer will trust the employee referring the new candidate and the new candidate will most likely get the job. There’s just one catch though. You have to be “worthy” of being referred. Remember that the reputation of the person referring you is one the line. If you do a bad job, you make them look worse. So have a fine reputation of being a hard worker, someone who learns easily, etc. so people will be happy to refer you.

4. No preparation on the resume and cover letter.

Your resume and cover letter act as your first impression. You can’t charm them with your presence or your smile. Your writing does it all for you. So spend some time to make it look and sound good. When describing yourself or your work history, use action words. It makes a big difference. Go to google and type in “resume action words” and you should get a ton of sites which you can use as a reference when crafting your resume. Get a proofreader to look over your resume and cover letter. Make your cover letter and resume stand out. Be detailed and descriptive.
5. No interview skills

So you’ve got past the resume stage and now you’re at the interview. Think it’s a breeze? Think again. They WILL ask the hard hitting questions. Why should we hire you? What do you bring to the table? Tell me about yourself (that throws off a lot of people) What’s your greatest weakness (obviously reframe this question when you answer), etc. There are a ton of resources online you can tap into in order to prepare. Use our trusty friend Google. You must prepare. Have all your answers ready to go when the question is asked. Be prepared to give examples of things you’ve listed on your resume.

6. No follow up

So you sent the resume and cover letter, but didn’t hear anything back? Follow up. It can’t hurt. It can only help. Shoot an email or a phone call and ask what’s going on. Chances are, they may have not received it or forgotten about it. It also shows your tenacity and separates you from the rest of the people who don’t follow up. Don’t just assume that they don’t want you and wallow in your self pity. Take action and make it happen.

7. A lack of people skills

One of the greatest myths regarding getting a job is that you just have to have the skills and knowledge. That may be true for some jobs, but the other major thing that employers are looking for is social skills. Will you integrate well with the staff? Will you mesh with co- workers? Are you a positive person? Are you easy to get along with?, etc.
Sorry mahn, wrong reasons! Before I give my reasons, do you mean fresh graduate before NYSC or after?

RomanceRe: My Husband Is Too Hygienic, It's Driving Me Nuts - Mature Minds Talk by leoshouse(m): 1:46pm On Nov 14, 2016
Life is totally simple, all you need is a good analytical/ problem solving skills.

Problem: He likes things put in order, he would even wake up midnight to do so.

Analysis: There is only need to put things in order when things are not put where they ought to be. Ask yourself, if he were still a bachelor will he need to wake up midnight to arrange things? I don't think so, cos there wouldn't be a need for that since everything will be in their right places.

Solution: Dear wife, know where you husband likes things to be positioned (you two can talk about it too). Put things in their expected places. It's not rocket science. If he always left the salt on the kitchen table instead of inside the cabiet, trust me, you would do the same.
CrimeRe: Trolls Come For A Lady Who Was Reading The Bible And Smoking Marijuana Same Time by leoshouse(m): 6:58pm On Sep 20, 2016
This picture shows the ultimate test for a "Christian". If only those trolls would re-read their posts. Who is more of a sinner, the baby Christian looking to be accepted in a new life, or the "mature Christian" who is ready the cast the first stone. What happened to "come however you are"?

#What If,
The lady was being engaged in a practical bible session for the first time?

#Scenario,
Put yourself in the smoker's situation, who would you give audience to, the preacher on "evangelism" that skips you by cos you were smoking? Or the preacher that gives you a genuine chance at redemption?

PS: Smoking is bad and should not be encouraged, stigmatization is worse.

Thanks for your observation. At LCH we focus on making music simple and perfect, not complicated for users.
Your opinion of unprofessional is however not consistent. That this music piece is not on staffs does not make it unprofessional. What would you then call plain lyrics? unprofessional?
