Streetinvestor2:True. It's strange that such a mistake will be made and afterwards the Registrars won't know and you ve to write them. Recall when FBNH paid me a certain dividend without deducting the 10% tax. After enjoying the excess, An email was sent to me that it was an error and an account number was provided for me to refund the 10% WHT which I did to the last Kobo. |
EDUECO:That is poor. |
emmaodet:U can trade FGN Bonds on the NSE. |
Can anyone kindly share with me a personal phone number or email of a staff of City Securities Ltd(CSL). I need them to update my Holdings on their online trading portal. My APR bonus credited to my CSCS account is not yet updated on the trading portal. Also three of my FGN Bonds are not listed on the portal. All are in my CSCS account. Have sent an email to that effect to their customer service but no one has bothered to even reply my mail. Thanks. |
bastardson:Access Bank dividend payment date is tomorrow 15th May. |
PapaBornboy:Nothing to worry about yet. Even a day or 2 after, it could still drop in yr account. Got mine this night. |
We wait for Zenith Bank dividend to drop tomorrow. Schools ve resumed. School fees week. |
Agbalowomeri:Dis economy needs more drinking. D economy is not smiling and people are going through a lot. Alcohol for many is an emotional support beverage. |
GTB dividend received. Next up UBA tomorrow. |
husu:Tomorrow. 25th April. 2025. |
olig:Lol. It's just to 'wet the appetite' of the shareholders. Glad I offloaded all my First bank last year and bought more shares of UBA just b4 that UBA interim dividend of N2. At that point the share price of first bank was even higher than that of UBA due to the billionaires fight for control. I cashed in on that to exit. |
emmasoft:Where the results? Drop am here. |
Afriprud dividend received. When the Bear 🐻 hits., some see a fall while others see opportunities. |
RodgersAkpafu:Where is their results? Could some have seen it? |
Agbalowomeri:Lol. Na chicken change. E too small. Was reading yesterday how much dividends Dangote will get from Dangote Cement alone this year and started feeling dizzy. Just the Cement company. Money dey where e dey! |
Mpeace:U never know! About same time last year, I was in a dilema. To use my dividends to increase my GTB shares or buy FGN Bonds. Opted for the safety of guaranteed risk free returns of FGN Bonds. With hindsight now, not too sure if it was the right decision. Will use a substantial portion of my dividends this year to still invest in the money market. But will balance it a little. Solve some family commitments(children sch fees inclusive), buy some shares, chop some and most into the money market. To avoid 'had I known' |
Agbalowomeri:Lol. U na senior man. Kept one chilled cartoon for you. Every every available here. |
In a bar, feeling my UCAP dividends entering my system in the form of ice cold Trophy Lager beer On Monday, we follow up with Afriprudential |
Lol. To avoid him giving you high BP, Just buy fundamentally strong shares that will guarantee you good dividends. If you do that, it's actually good news wen he talks of prices falling. As they fall, u load more. Shalom428: |
KarlTom:Afriprud dividend PD now 7th April, 2025. AGM was postponed for a week due to the Salah holiday. |
faoogoke:Positively? Or negatively. Pikin wey do well for school no dey waste time to show im papa his report card. We wait |
Where is Access Bank results? |
[quote author=sterlingD post=134752737]i want to ask concerning MRS moving from NGX to NASD. What if some of use decide to follow them to NASD what will be the implication for us? [/quote Your shares will then be listed on NASD instead of the NGX and your investment will now be subject to supervisory rules and regulations of the NASD(instead of that of the NGX) There is a window for dissenting shareholders who do not want that. The window is from 4th April to 4th July or so. They will be compensated for their shares post delist from NGX and will cease to be shareholders. You can contact the Registrars for more enquires. |
jonnysessy:From experience, likely after the Salah break on 2nd. Would be nice if we see it on 31st March. |
Ok. What I replied to said Zenith Bank payment date is 25/4/25. Which is same as UBA's. Will cross check myself and correct accordingly on my dividend calendar. Thanks for the correction. jonnysessy: |
We await Access Bank and GTB. At least N2 and N5 respectively are my expectations. |
Was expecting at least N5. We will manage it. Same payment date as UBA. Nice. Mpeace: |
Good one from UBA. They did well. |
Bukkydudu:This happened a while back. Just checked my email records. It was in Nov, 2022. You can contact Cardinal stone Registrars to make enquiries concerning your Union Bank shares. |
Bukkydudu:Union Bank is no longer listed on the NSE. The shares were bought or taken over by Titan Bank Limited. I was sent the MTO documents which I signed sometime ago and was paid for all my UBN shares. |
Bukkydudu:Possible. Signed the acceptance form for Titan Bank limited MTO of Union Bank and was paid fully for my Union Bank shares but till today my UBN shares are still listed in my portfolio in my stockbrokers Trading portal. But I know it's no longer there. They should ve deleted it. It's not on my CSCS printout of my portfolio. Likely if you requested for yr CSCS printout , the Flourmill shares won't be listed there. |
