OK. I don't know how that happened then. I still prefer to send all my orders by e-mail. Despite having access to do it through online portal. I sleep on my orders and send them by e-mail early in the morning. Maybe cos I am not a trader. I invest for long term. 2zona: The sale order was entered just on Morgan itrade online platform.

If u filled on the sale order form that yr mandate shd be executed at a price limit of 1.11, then it's possible. What your sale order means is for them to sell at any price but not less than 1.11. If the price goes higher, they could sell. |

2zona: Good evening guys, please can some one explain this to me. I carelessly and hopelessly entered a sell order for my Transccorp share @ price of 1.11 and went for my business, only to log in later this afternoon and discovered it was cleared at price of 1.13. I was surprised. Is it an error or actually possible in NSE. If u filled on the sale order form that yr mandate shd be executed at a price limit of 1.11, then it's possible. What your sale order means is for them to sell at any price but not less than 1.11. If the price goes higher, they could sell. |

Chai. Missed Guinness @ N15. It went to 18 then. Decided to wait for it to come back down. Still waiting till today and now this Juicy dividend declared to rub the pain in. And I drink beer almost everyday. If you are loaded with cash n you invest for dividend, this is a good time to take positions in some stocks after doing yr due diligence. |

I don't even ve the withholding tax now to pay back to them. But I could pay that back to them in a week's time or so. Only the WHT which is 10%. |

Mpeace: Meristem are not so efficient in handling such a big company like FBNH. First registrars were doing a wonderful job, and had more branches across the country. It is appearing so. Wondering why the change just before the dividends. Sincerely, I have reinvested the whole dividends. I just hope and pray they will understand with me. |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by leparj(m): 8:31am On Jun 24, 2022 |
Just saw an e-mail from Meristem Registrars(sent yesterday) informing me that withholding tax was not deducted from the FBNH dividend I was paid. That they want to reverse the entire dividend and then pay me the dividend after deducting the 10 % WHT.
Na wao. Is this how these things are done? I thought they deducted the WTH. I have never had this kind of experience. And I have been collecting dividends for over 15 yrs now.
And I have withdrawn the entire dividend and reinvested it by buying more shares. Just replied them so. That it will not be possible for them to reverse the entire dividend cos I have reinvested it. |

Curry30: Good decision. Please, don't ever invest in any biz you don't know how they make money. And once you hear of super juicy returns with no risk, just know it's PONZI. That's how my dad donated 5m to OneCoin in 2017. Till date they're still giving him hope of juicy returns. I have told him that his reward is in heaven for being so generous. Let him just face front... Thanks. I really appreciate all the contributions and advice. God bless u guys more. |

yMcy56: Invest the 0.5M or 1M in even UBA, ZEE or GT and collect interim Dividend instead. At least, even if price falls, you'll still be looking at your money in your portfolio. Thanks. Have been convinced by a former school mate n friend who is the Regional bank North of a Nigerian bank. Hope to get additional Zenith Bank or GTCO shares. |

A friend was telling me I cud put 1m or 0.5m there and get paid 10k n 5k respectively weekly as trading profit. And at the end of the duration, my capital is still mine. How genuine is it? Hope it is not a ponzi scheme. Anyone that knows shd kindly help so I can be guided. Thanks. |
